  I've come to ASAP for a couple of glass replacements and they've always done a great job. Today, I finally got my cracked windshield replaced and it was done quickly and professionally for a better price than I've been able to find anywhere else. I do want to note two things from this visit: I wasn't told that my driver's side support pillar's trim would be shaved down. It's not a big deal since it just plastic & not really noticeable but I wish they had told me. Secondly, and more seriously, a smudge was left on the inside of the new glass, inconveniently in front of the LIDAR sensor and therefore in a place I can't clean without removing the windshield. So far, it seems to not be impacting the assisted cruise control so I'm going to leave it be but I wanted to make it noted in case an issue does come up.

  If there was anything below a 1-star rating, I would choose that! We are a military family, and I brought my 2021 Lexus GX 460 in for a windshield replacement. After the work was completed, I noticed a very visible section of the driver-side pillar material was damaged. I called the Eubank location to speak with management about the damage, but instead of addressing my concerns, I was hung up on. (Maybe customer service training needed here!) I called again the following morning around 7:30 a.m., to find out I need to call the other location and left my information I was told someone would call me back. I did not speak with Walter until later that afternoon and scheduled a time to bring my SUV in the following day. Unfortunately, he only denied that his shop could have caused the damage. He suggested that the damage may have come from Lexus. (We bought this vehicle brand new off the lot, so I called Lexus to review our entire file while sitting at ASAP Glass.) He also made a comment that it looked like "their" glue then he kept touching it stating see it’s dirty (well yeah it you keep touching it with your dirty hands it will become dirty) and that they do windshield repairs for dealerships, etc. I asked if there were cameras inside the shop that could be reviewed to determine whether the damage occurred while my vehicle was there, but all he did was talk over me and argue rather than address my concerns. His response was that I "could have someone fix this cheap." I decided to have him place the pillar back on my vehicle and leave. This shop is not the most professional, nothing is explained to you when you leave you vehicle, they don’t explain the price, or warranty. NOTHING. NEVER again will our family return, nor will we recommend them to any other family! All I can say is, you get the service you pay for here.

  I had my windshield replaced and the new windshield tinted as well. I asked for the same tint that was on my old windshield. They didn’t give me the tint I wanted, but still charged $269 for the tint. They said the paperwork stated the old tint was 80%. Instead of recognizing that my old windshield was obviously darker and the paperwork was wrong, they still put the wrong darkness of tint on. When I went back today to see if they could remedy the mistake, I was told no. I will no longer recommend this shop.
