  Thankfully, it’s been a long time since I’ve needed a windshield replacement. Calling around was quite the sticker shock 😳 prices are so expensive for windshields with cameras. So glad I went with ASAP Glass. They had the best prices. Everyone was friendly and my new windshield is perfect. The installer, Carlos, was like watching an artist at work! Bonus, they offer windshield chip repairs with my purchase! Definitely recommend ASAP!

  Welcome to the zombie apocalypse. We dropped our car off in the morning to have a windshield replaced, they called at 1 and said it was done. My husband paid and went out to the car and found the side trim had not been reattached and was just laying on the top of the windshield wipers. He went back in and one of the zombies said, "oh, we ran out of cement to reattach it." (So why had they called to say it was done??) Then one employee, showing a slight amount of life offered to go pick some up. She returned and my husband asked when the car would be done. "Oh, they'll get to it." My husband waited. An hour and a half later I called him, concerned that he hadn't yet returned home. He checked in again and asked when it would be done and was meet with a shoulder shrug. I went to pick him up and it wasn't until 4 that we got the call the car was done. The lack of customer service was astounding. I don't think anyone would have noticed or cared if he sat there all afternoon. Upon getting home I looked up the business and found multiple 1 star reviews and an F on better business bureau. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else. What should have been a quick errand ended up requiring 4 trips and a wasted day in zombie Land.

  They were quick and staff was great. Had me in and out even though I always seemed so rush. Thank you guys for being great and patient with me.

  Walter Dill and his fabulous crew came to replace a large (150lb) glass pane on an upstairs window this morning. They arrived on time and had the old glass out and cleared away in a matter of minutes. They were very polite and very careful not to touch any walls or scuff the stairs as they maneuvered a tricky staircase. They were also conscientious about cleaning up. This is a very professional business and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Crystal, who handled all the back and forth phone calls, was really lovely to deal with. I'll call them again for any future glass issues.

  These fools replaced our windshield and didn't install it properly and less that 2 years later its coming off. And when I called to talk to them all I got was attitude and a " well its over a year so its not warrantied. No accountability or even concern. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR WINDSHIELD!!
