  Was very disappointed with the service I received. Not only was the front desk receptionist rude but my windshield was not installed properly and ended up having to go back to have it re done with no compensation for their mistake that not only wasted my time, gas, and money going back and forth but also left my car with water damage now! Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone!

  Still haven't had my window replaced. Been waiting 3 weeks. They don't do appointments is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. They were supposed to come Monday and I closed my poor dog in the room the entire day and they didn't come. I would not use this company personally but it's through my apt complex. Don't use this place. horrible service.

  Fast service! Not the friendliest receptionist but none the less i had my windshield replaced and it looks completely uneven it’s horrible and I didn’t realize until the day after so let’s hope no water leaks into the car…

  I called got a quote of $389 for the glass to be fixed and replaced but when I come to the shop and see that it’s $527 more than I was quoted really make sure the quote is correct when speaking to the person on the phone cause I’m happy they fixing the glass but not happy that I was quoted one price then find it’s almost $130 more I worked in sales and everything and never misquote my customers

  Purchased a car, was advised dealership would cover the cost of removing current tint and have ASAP Tint company re-tint. Reached out to Julianna with ASAP tint who took quite a bit of time to respond to texts. Julianna advised me the scheduling would be 3 weeks out and that I’d have to check with the dealership to see if they were even going to cover it after I advised her it was part of the purchase agreement. I asked her how they typically went about these processes and getting paid etc since all I was advised was to schedule with her and this is something they do daily for this dealership. After about 5 hours of no response I text her again and let her know I would just take my car in myself elsewhere this afternoon and would pay myself as it seemed more of a hassle to try to get them to schedule me vs just paying for it myself. I did let Julianna know I’d be leaving a review to warn others that this dealership does not follow through with their part of promised agreements when making a purchase and the lack of coordination and communication between the company they’ve chosen is frustrating. As a customer I should not be responsible for coordinating payments etc. I would not trust any agreements like this that are made when purchasing a vehicle even if it’s writing as mine was. I have since had my windows re-tinted and paid out of pocket. Aside from not recommending making any agreements with purchases I would not recommend ASAP tint either after this. After reading all the negative reviews about this company I’m so glad I didn’t wait around for them. Aside from the lack of customer service, the work pictured looks terrible.
