  Damaged vehicle with the tire shine system. I’ve opened a claim and have not heard from the company. I’ll be canceling my memberships.

  Canceling my membership. Despite paying $50 a month for the highest-tier package, the front and rear of my car are consistently left dirty. Additionally, the equipment is frequently broken, and the location is often randomly closed during posted business hours. Both locations in this town suck.

  Moved to Alomogordo and it was the first car wash I saw and there is two in town so I joined. Worst tunnel car wash I have ever been to. They limit you to going thru twice a day and it does not clean bug residue from the grill and the rear of my truck does not get cleaned either I pay for the highest membership so this is unacceptable. They close at random times during the day, equipment is constantly down and employees are rude. I will be canceling and going back to Mister carwash ASAP.

  An employee named monique is only worried about upselling the membership. She asked me what wash I wanted , and I told her the cheapest one , because I just needed the vacuum. She pressed me again for the membership even though I said I don't live here. When I was done washing my car , the vacuums were off , and when I asked them why she said , we don't want to blow the motors. This was after the conversation when I told her I only needed the vacuum. She was extremely rude when I mentioned this to her after paying.
