  Use the zips on the other end of town. The staff at this one is good but management is awful. Last trip thru we had an incident where they didnt guide the car on the rails correctly. Of course after a minute the vehicle hit about 4 or 5 different spots. Luckily there was a cop behind her to got to video and witness everything. The manager said absolutely no problem we will have it fixed for you. Friday I turned in 2 quotes to have this vehicle repaired. They took my quotes and even highlighted my one of preference. Mon I stop by to ask if I could drop my vehicle off to body shop. She tells me they dont have our claim and they dont accept them there. Like I didnt just do the friday prior. She refuses to give any manager above her and could not have been more rude. The CLASSY manager even walked out as I was leaving in my truck and on the street just to taunt me. This is there fault, no reason for people to be treated that way. Luckily I was able to call customer service and the lady was nice enough to take everything thru email and expedite it. So as much as I hate to give this a bad review, im afraid I have to. If thats who they have running the place then im ok id rather wash it by hand. Come to find out the employee on the phone who guided the vehicle in incorrectly was the manager!

  Vacuums did not work well like last time. Don't work or no suction now like before. Supposed to some soap in the wash. None this time. Triuck came put spotted and dirty.

  Absolutely the worst wash I have ever had on my truck. Spots all over, bugs still stuck to the grill and the windshield filthy. Stay away from these washes.

  I've been to this location twice and was disappointed on both visits. I paid premium pricing to get my car washed after traveling into town. Each time the wash left dirt/debris on my car and didn't clean the bugs off of my front bumper. The vacuum also didn't work very well, and didn't even have a thin attachment to clean out smaller spaces around or under the seats. Don't come here if you want a clean car.

  My car never comes out clean. Not always is there soap in the wash. But I guess at least it rises the dust off.
