They lost my access panel and didn’t tighten my filter for my car when i got an oil change causing me to go to walmart and get an oil change again barely a month later because my oil kept leaking so fast and i had barely any oil in my car driving around for a whole month and i didn’t even know. I only knew because the walmart auto care mechanics told me. This could have literally ruined my engine or my car considering the fact that i literally went on a road trip after getting this oil change from valvoline. update: went to get a refund and refused to give me a refund and claimed they didn’t lose my access panel. Do not go here they take zero accountability and don’t compensate for their mistakes!
- JNJosh NowellMay 6, 20262.0I just did my own oil change and bolt was finger tight. Not leaking. I put the socket on and with zero force it came off. I mean scarey for sure they did my last change.

The manager Dom was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in his interaction with me, which definitely left me with the impression that my time was valuable to him and the crew. Julian and Duke did an excellent job completing the service quickly and thoroughly! Five stars for these lads.
