  Was late for work because they werevery busy inside but Jade and Josh kept helping the people on the phone first. That should not happen when people have been waiting in the lobby!! I got there a little after 8 and did not receive car until after 930! Will never rent here again!

  Five stars, the women running this Enterprise branch are on point. The staff had everything handled and made an expected unpleasant experience easy. Sharp, friendly, professional crew.

  Outstanding experience! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. On top of the excellent customer service, the pricing was fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone!

  Best first impression! After about 30+ hours of flying and layovers, I had to make a last minute reservation. Right before the store closed and an upcoming Memorial Day weekend, Jandaly got me set up and on my way. She was exceptional and professional with the best attitude and customer service. I have been renting from enterprise for years and in this particular experience, she exemplified what a customer experience should be like. Thank you for the kindness and authenticity! -Guillermo
