I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a car at Toyota of Vineland with Max Castro, Felix Afanador, and Joe Spadaro as my points of contact throughout the process. I was promptly greeted at the door and sat down with Max. The manager, Felix, also introduced himself and assisted with the many questions I had (first time purchasing a car off the lot)! The process was very thorough and all my questions were answered. I had purchased a hybrid and had many questions regarding the technological aspects of a hybrid vehicle, all of which Max was able to answer and explain during the test drive.
I’m very pleased with how everything was handled and will be returning to this Toyota location.

Daniel Mos was excellent in every single way. Very much a pleasure doing business with him. Very knowledgeable and intuitive to help you find exactly what you are looking for, and very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend anybody who appreciates patience and hesitation. 2024 Prius bought preowned with ~21k miles early spring. Took my Car in for 25k mi service just cause it was free (manufacturer promo), and had no idea how previous owned treated car etc...
They wanted to upcharge me $200 for "a precautionary alignment"....was only getting an oil change and tire rotation!!!
I declined, and have since been pestered 7 different times to leave a review!
So now I'm extremely cautious cause I have to ask did they actually take care of me? Or were they vindictive, cut corners, etc. because I didn't give them more money?

My first service on my 80k truck was terrible. Got charged 180 for a supposedly free service and they didn’t do anything except look at my truck and take pictures. I spent 160k on two trucks for my business but Gabe the service manager is not concerned with customs satisfaction. Shame because Bob and the front end were great!
