It was a very good experience. The line in front moved smoothly and pretty quick. They all are professional and thorough. I would recommend them highly.

Not a good experience. While getting my oil changed the worker sprayed oil all over my windshield, had to be told to wash it off. He used Lysol cleaner to remove the majority of the oil, did not offer a discount or a free car wash for the mistake. Very frustrating.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. We’re away on vacation, 5 hours from home, and the skip plate became detached underneath our car and we could not get it off by ourselves. We came to this Valvoline because it was the closest place we could find to try and get someone to help us remove it so it wouldn’t continue to drag while we were driving. The entire staff there was so kind. Everton helped us out and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to get everything taken care of for us, without it costing us an arm and a leg. We are so appreciative of the help that was provided to us while we were there so we could continue our drive back home safely. Thank you Everton and everyone at this Valvoline location!

They inspected the car's main lights, checked tire pressure from each tire, and topped off fluids. Plus, made me aware of low engine coolant, which is greatly appreciated 👏

Amani It’s absolutely fantastic. She taught me off with some oil that I needed because it said that I was already to do for oil and I only use 2000 miles but I’ll send you to my oil leak at leaks faster than usual and it’s supposed to off without having but anyways, I wanted to tell you how many that she doesn’t have a job she’s gonna be charging me anything and I do appreciate what she did thank you so so much Great customer service !!!! I will definitely be coming back here
