  The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They spoke to me as if I were a child and even yelled at me, telling me to "look at them." While I was there, I also witnessed staff yelling at other customers. They were making disrespectful comments like, "Don't you see the big red stop sign?" and laughing together while calling customers stupid. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and the way both I and other customers were spoken to was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service alone. They weren’t always this way I’m not sure what happened..

  We pulled in, and the guys took care of us and we used a Groupon in the East brunswick location and paid the 5 dollar disposable fee. They were Awsome! And I will be coming back to this East Brunswick Valvoline location again :)

  The staff here was so kind, friendly, and inviting they made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment and the service was so quick. I came on my hour lunch break. I will definitely be back at this location :)
