  Service Review – Ten Stars: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Michael & Brett Foster Date: Thursday, June 4th, 2026 Ten Stars: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Michael, the technician who replaced my rear glass, delivered one full hour of perfection. He called before the appointment, then called again to let me know he was five minutes away — professional, respectful, and exactly the kind of communication every customer deserves. When he arrived, he worked with precision and care. All four doors open, trunk open, tools organized, every step handled like a master of his craft. He restored my car with skill and calm, and his work speaks for itself. Ten Stars: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brett Foster, the store manager, deserves equal recognition. He took care of me over the phone from the very beginning — booked my appointment immediately, followed through on every promise, and checked in throughout the entire week leading up to today.   Buyer beware, botched repair. Commissioned Safelite to fix a tiny chip before it turned into something bigger. Lo and behold, Safelite's work had the opposite effect. After Safelite's "repair," the chip, which was smaller than a dime, spread outward across nearly the entire length of the windshield, which now must be replaced. Of course, Safelite's disclaimer absolves it of any responsibility, so that's warm and fuzzy. Adding salt to the wound, after expressly instructing the technician not to schedule a windshield repair, an appointment was nonetheless scheduled. Even after cancelling, I was harangued by follow up calls and emails. Never again would I use Safelite following this off-putting experience.
