  Went here for an insurance job. I will say the techs were very good at their job and i do not have any problem with the service done. That being said, the communication surrounding the job was really bad. I brought my car in at around 10am and then took an uber to work. The lady at the front said "we will call you when the job is done so you can pick the car up. Will probably be done around 5".They call me at 4:49 telling me my car is ready and i tell the person on the line ill head over. They say they close at 5. This means the women at the front desk told me my car will be done essentially at closing. If she told me to be there prior to it actually being done that would be fine, but i dropped the car off at 10 with the expectation there would be atleast some grace period to acquire it. I ended up having to get it the next day. Funnily enough, they only started working on the car at 4:02, and the work recipt said to let the car sit for an hour so the windshield can cure, which of course would not have been possible if i picked it up at 5 (closing).

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with Master Tech Luis Fano! He was extremely kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to replace the glass on my Jeep Wrangler. He made sure to give me a great price, and he completed the entire job in less than an hour! 🙌🏽 You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Luis and Safelite to anyone who needs window or glass repairs. Thank you, Luis, for the excellent service! 🚙👏🏽

  The waiting area is nice with tables and TV. They also had coffee and water. Their service is efficient. I was told my replacement and calibration should be done in 2 hours that I was welcome to wait, however that turned into 4 hours because of some Error on my Subaru with the eyesight, but they took care of it. They should give people more updates, so that their clients know where they are standing.

  Experience with my technician, Brian, was awesome! Brian was super professional and made sure I was happy with the work upon completion. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service he provided, as for the technical support and appointment scheduling not so much… I know things happen sometimes but I had to reschedule my appointment after they supposedly arrived on site the first time and called me (but had the wrong number) I’m not sure why the tech was even sent out if they tried reaching me by phone days before the appointment and I was unresponsive. They were constantly emailing me though says the appointment was still on so I was confused. Nonetheless besides the technical support and scheduling issues, safelite provided a great experience for a good price

  I had an outstanding experience with Safelite! The entire process was smooth and convenient because they came directly to my home to repair my windshield. The repair and calibration were completed professionally, and everything was handled with great care. A special thank you to the technician, Michael, who truly made this a five-star experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything about the windshield repair and calibration process, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of the work. What impressed me the most was how wonderful he was with my son. My son was fascinated by the repair, and Michael took the time to answer every one of his questions. They spent nearly two hours talking, learning, and having fun while Michael completed the installation and calibration. His patience, kindness, and friendly personality made the experience enjoyable not only for me but also for my son. Michael is an exceptional technician and a genuinely kind person. I highly recommend Safelite for anyone needing auto glass service. If you're lucky enough to have Michael as your technician, you're in excellent hands!
