  I had my windshield replaced and the camera recalibrated on my 2026 Camry Hybrid here. I chose OEM glass and paid extra for it, because I wanted to avoid problems with the heads up display and the safety systems. The glass was not the problem. The workmanship was. The appointment took less than two hours, but when I got in the car the heads up display showed a double image. I went back in right away and showed them. The shop manager told me my eyes may be fooling me, or that it looked odd because of how I sit in the car, and did not want to do anything about it. My dealer looked at it later and said the glass may be defective. I came back with a warranty claim, and they agreed the glass may need to be reseated. On the same visit I found that my dash cam had fallen off. They had put it back on the old adhesive pad, which still had glass pieces stuck to it. They replaced the pad that day. On my next visit they told me the glue had to cure before the glass could be reseated. The reseat was finally done on the fourth visit. The HUD is much better now. The vertical position is slightly off, but I can correct that in the vehicle settings. However, the dash cam fell off again, because they did not replace the adhesive when they reseated the glass. Also, there are now three white plastic particles trapped between the glass and the safety system camera, because the area was not cleaned before reseating. The photos show them. The system works for now, but I should not have to wonder whether my safety camera will keep working. The staff were polite and accepted the warranty claim without argument. The workmanship is the problem. Four trips, and each time I had to point out what was not done right. I paid a premium to avoid exactly these issues. My time has value, and I expect the job to be done carefully the first time. Update: On October 2, I emailed Safelite Customer Care with photos, and I also contacted them by text. As of October 12, I have not received any response.

  Overall a good place to get your auto windshield fixed or replaced. The online system can be helpful but, it is difficult to reach them by phone. They are unreachable by phone as no one picks up the phone. It can be frustruating if you have any questions or need to find the status.

  Morning drop off went well, then the communication is only Your calibration was successful. The number listed to verify was a fruitless adventure to no where and my company issued telematics was not placed back accordingly, of course the office was closed at 4:30, so I couldn’t get these issues addressed.

  I would give five stars if it wasn’t for my experience within the first five minutes of me being there. One of the workers whose name is Josh tried to upsell me by telling me that my entire windshield needs to be replaced even though the crack that I had was no bigger than a nickel. He tried to scare me into thinking that the small crack on the passenger side of my windshield was going to become a bigger circle once they input the resin. That was indeed not true. The person who completed my service his name was Orlando, and he was phenomenal. He was friendly, he was honest, and he did not try to upsell me on anything. As a woman coming into any establishment that services cars, we are always targeted and it needs to stop. Josh, you should be ashamed of yourself. Changing my rating from four to now one star because I now see that the owner responded: To the owner- for you to not have any response to Josh‘s actions shows exactly who you are. I will ensure to steer every single person I know away from this business.

  Everything went exactly according to plan, which is very rare these days. Safelite kept in touch with me along the way with updates on the wind shield I needed (they had to order it), then we scheduled an appointment for installation They told me it would take approximately three hours to install, were ready for me as soon as I showed up, then installed the windshield and new wipers as promised. Very professional!
