  I recently blew out a tire in the middle of the New Jersey Turnpike, with my two young children in the car. What was a very scary experience wound up being as pleasant as it could be because of Jay and the team at Mr. Tire East Brunswick's location. They were able to locate my hard to find tire, and had it available within an hour or two and had my car good as new so we could continue our road trip to Grandma's. Jay in particular was super friendly and made my kids feel at home at the shop while we waited. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

  Just cancelled my appointment which I scheduled early in order to get a tire replaced along with a transmission fluid flush and fill. Booked it with the store manager who was accommodating and professional. 4:10 this afternoon I received a call from some horrible woman who announced "SHE" wasn't doing a transmission change THIS LATE IN THE DAY, I would need to reschedule that and then asked what size tire I need? Wait are you supposed to know that? I was a regular customer there and will not be going back. RUDE! NASTY! 0 customer service they should fire that woman as she just lost a good customer.

  Complaint Regarding Supervisor's Conduct – August 6, 2026 First off, on August 6, 2026, I want to report the supervisor who was working today. His behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He spoke to employees with an attitude, talked over people, and treated customers the same way. There should be zero tolerance for that kind of conduct from someone in a leadership position. I arrived at approximately 6:08 PM. As soon as I walked through the door, the supervisor huffed and puffed and said, "We're closing," with an obvious attitude. However, the posted sign clearly states the business closes at 7:00 PM, and the same closing time is listed online. There was no reason to be treated that way when I arrived well before closing. Supervisors are supposed to set the standard for professionalism and customer service, not create a hostile environment for employees and customers. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so others don't have the same experience.

  Everyone gets good service here but me it seems. These people are very misleading when it comes to me and my car and don’t honor appointments
