I had a tire blow out on the way home from work. I called three other shops nearby and none would help me without leaving my car overnight. I called Monroe, I spoke with Seth who told me they would help me no problem. They had the exact tire I needed and I was in and out in under an hour. Fantastic experience.

Seth the mechanic was very transparent and helpful. Great vibes from this place. I would say these are definitely mechanics you can trust to get a good price with good honest service

Came in to Monroe Auto due to a slow leak in my tire. 3 other shops in East Brunswick claimed that my tire was unrepairable, and quoted me $750 - $1200 to replace all of my tires (stating that my car comes with run-flats). As a first time car owner, I took their word - but went over to Monro anyway to get a cheaper quote. Employees instantly clocked this inaccuracy, informed me that my tires were in fact standard tires, and repaired my tire within 30 minutes for ~$50. Excellent, fast service with fair prices. Highly recommend.

I was suprised how laid back everyone was. I was in the waiting room for almost three hours just for tire installation.

Quote for a price on an oil change for my 2016 Dodge charger was quoted a price when I got there. It was fast courteous service the manager Seth was very helpful when I asked about getting tires in the future he gave me price quotes in writing on a couple of different tiresBest price on oil changes I’ve found. No nonsense very friendly. I look forward to doing business in the future with Monroe service. They got me in in 10 minutes after I called.
