  Came in for my oil change. They were able to get me in quick and I was very satisfied with the speed of their service. Will definitely be returning for any work on my car

  Very disappointing experience. I chose Monro even though the price was higher than several competitors, expecting better service and professionalism. Instead, I waited nearly two hours for a simple oil change. To make matters worse, the mileage on my vehicle was recorded incorrectly. My car has approximately 55,000 miles, but Monro entered 78,986 miles. This incorrect information has now been reported to CARFAX, creating an inaccurate vehicle history that could affect the value of my car and raise questions about its maintenance records in the future. Making a mistake on a service invoice is one thing. Reporting incorrect mileage to CARFAX is a much more serious issue. I expect this error to be corrected immediately and properly updated with CARFAX. For the price charged and the amount of time I spent waiting, this level of inaccuracy is simply unacceptable.

  Got my tires delivered there through tire track. This was supposed to be an install appointment for four of my tires. Dropped the car off at 9 AM Friday. Three hours passed and I hadn’t heard a peep. I called them and suddenly they were telling me that all of the Lugnuts on all four of my tires were swollen. How could this be? Why did I have to call in order to find this out three hours later? They’re saying they have to cut the lugnuts off. And Seth — the manager— gives me a price estimate of almost $900 for all 4 and $400 for just 1 (that makes no sense, the math isn’t adding up). I eventually just decided to take my car somewhere else, and the guy tells me that wherever I go, they’re gonna have the same issue and I’m going to have to “pay the piper”. Strangely enough… went somewhere else and they got all of my lug nuts off with no issue and replaced all four of my tires. So it seems to me that these guys are either not the professionals they claim and have a skill issue here or they’re running some predatory price gouging scheme because they saw a girl walk in and though she could pay their rent or something.
