  Called ahead for a tire patch service. As I was in a rush to get on a long road trip. The manager was able to verify and get me in and out super fast and with great customer service! They even checked all My other tires and found more nails/ screws in another tire, and completed repairs at a great price. I will be back and send business there! Best tire shop on Route 18!

  I came in to get 2 tires replaced and an oil change nothing major. That being said when they removed one of my tires, there was a sensor that was broken. I recently changed my phone number so they couldn’t get in touch with me because they didn’t have the new one. My fault not updating to my account. When the incredible woman that works there who is very helpful and goes above and beyond for mavis customers. Said to me they had to replace A tire sensor because it no longer was in working order. The computer went from $301 to $440. Which in my case is a big difference. I said to her I hope you didn’t replace it. She said I did we try to get in touch with you but we couldn’t. She then proceeded to tell me, but don’t worry I’m not gonna charge you for it. I just have to put it on the invoice. No, may not seem Like a big deal to others, but for me it truly was she didn’t have to do that. She did it because she’s a kind, hard-working woman who values the customers of the company. She works for very hard to find these days. God bless you Mary.wish there were more who were dedicated to customer service the way you are.

  Mary is the best, an absolute asset to your company. I’ve travelled over an hour to be serviced here. They take care of all of my vehicles. Marty is also great. All around great customer service, you can tell how much they care about everyone that comes in and out of their office. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Reserved a free tire rotation using a promo code on mavis website and showed up just for the front desk and manager to say teslas cost 25$ to rotate tires even with the free tire rotation coupon. Every other mavis location in the area do not charge extra to rotate tires. I got my tires installed here originally but I will not be giving this Mavis my business anymore.

  I was visiting New Jersey this past weekend and on the way down got a puncture in my tire, they were the only place open and had the tire I needed on a Sunday so I came here. My car is a manual and no one there knew how to drive it, I work in a shop so I’m very familiar with pulling cars onto lift so I offered to do it for them so I can lessen the risk of damage to my clutch. I pull it exactly where they tell me too and leave it in gear as we do in my shop, get out and go to the waiting room. 10 minutes pass and someone gets in and starts the car and stalls it so it lurches towards them asked me to back it back up to where I had left it the first time so there was no reason to move the car in the first place. Then I had to set the lift in my own car because they were unaware on how too. Then had the audacity to ask why I’m not doing the tire change myself knowing I’m 4 hours away from home. TLDR; I had to pay to do their jobs and got no discount whatsoever. Don’t recommend going to this establishment.
