  Terrible customer service. All the employees aren’t on the same page. You talk to one person and they tell you all different things. Slow and they talk like they are caring but they are very condescending. I can tell it’s a high stress job and very busy but hire more people. Girl manager is nice but she’s like she is just thrown in over her head and was poorly trained. Which isn’t her fault. Manager is very rude. Likes to use the terms “my cars.” As if he’s owns them. Bad management is the problem and under staffing.

  I had an issue with a rental vehicle from here and the entire team was great! They definitely did more then they had too for me. Thank you to all of the staff members!
