  I’ve rented two cars at this enterprise and the process has been excellent both times. Shout out to the crew at this enterprise, they are always professional and very helpful!

  I reserved a Premium Elite SUV with Enterprise about a month in advance. The reservation indicated that the vehicle would be an Audi Q5, BMW X3, or similar vehicle. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up the rental, they did not have the vehicle class I had reserved. I was initially being offered a Hyundai, which I do not consider comparable to an Audi Q5 or BMW X3 in terms of luxury, quality, or overall vehicle class. The salesperson, John (I believe that was his name), had to contact his manager after I expressed my concern. Thankfully, the manager ultimately provided me with a Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 for approximately the same price, which I appreciated and considered a good resolution. However, the situation itself was very disappointing and uncomfortable. I made the reservation well in advance specifically so that the vehicle class I selected would be available. I understand that rental companies cannot always guarantee a specific make or model, but an Audi Q5 or BMW X3 being replaced by a Hyundai is not what I would consider a comparable vehicle simply because they may have a similar passenger capacity. I appreciate that the manager ultimately made things right by providing the Mercedes-Benz, but I should not have had to complain and ask for management assistance to receive a vehicle appropriate to the class I had reserved. I hope Enterprise reviews how vehicles are being assigned at this location so customers who reserve a premium vehicle well in advance are not put in this situation.

  Had a great experience with this car rental service! The whole process was simple and convenient, from booking to returning the car. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and reliable, and the staff were helpful and professional. Definitely a good choice if you need a car for a trip!
