  I would like to know where I can direct a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional behavior of a manager at one of your locations\. I called to ask a simple question about the types of luxury vehicles available for reservation\. The manager responded that she could not provide me with the information, and shortly afterward, she hung up the phone\. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a management position\. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to assist\. If a manager is unable to answer a question, the appropriate response would be to offer assistance or direct the customer to someone who can help, not abruptly end the call\. I ultimately changed my reservation to a different location, where the gentleman assisting me was professional, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer my questions about the available luxury vehicles and their pickup times\. This experience raises a serious question: What is the difference between these two locations? One has a manager who dismisses a customer and hangs up the phone, while the other has an employee who understands the importance of customer service and professionalism\. My concern is not simply about obtaining information about a vehicle\. It is about accountability and the standards expected of individuals in management positions\. Who is responsible for overseeing these managers, and how are they held accountable for their conduct toward customers? I would appreciate being directed to the appropriate corporate or regional management department so that I can formally report this incident\. I believe this behavior warrants attention, and I would like to know that my concerns are being taken seriously\.

  I wish I could give a zero, I rented a car for a week I was supposed to pay $2 2 $250 for it since they fixed my car faster I was able to bring the car waiting 3 days believe it or not I paid $247 for it. And the lady that was helping had all the attitude trying to look like she was doing me a favor. I do not recommend and I'm not coming back again.
