  The line inside was crazy long and barely moved at all. There seemed to be no sense of urgency among the employees to keep the line moving. What made it worse was that several people already had the parts they wanted and simply needed to pay—they didn’t need assistance from a Parts Counter employee to look anything up. There should be a better system for handling customers who are simply checking out, especially when there’s already a long line. The lack of urgency made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating. Not good. I drove to the next location where I was helped and checked out immediately and I'm sure it was faster to leave and go driving to the next one because I stood on that line in East Brunswick for 10 minutes and it did not move and there was like six people in front of me no Bueno!

  Good clean store. Part I was looking for was in stock. They also accept used oil which made it a one stop shop. Easily accessible from route 18. Plenty of parking

  They were supposed to deliver a part to the store near me, and didn’t. Then when the lady at my autozone tried to call this shop, they put her on hold for 20 mins and never answered. Had to be sent to another autozone to pick up the part. This location seems like they have incompetent staffing all around.

  Awful experience. Ordering on line is suppose to be easy for the customer. Frustrated because of lack of customer service and 28 hrs later I received my parts. Next time I'll order my parts via Napa, Advanced Auto or even Amazon. I ordered parts on-line Friday morning 6AM for pick up at the East Brunswick store for the same day-morning. Per the website the parts were available at that store (which is why I used this particular store). I didn't receive confirmation that the part were ready until the following day Saturday 8AM. When I tried to call on Friday throughout the day I was told that my order was not ready (when they answered the phone). When you expect same day service and do not receive it you expect the store manager or employees to accommodate when you call. I mean that is why you pay for that type of service.
