I bought it from one in Maine the day before, but had some trouble opening the hood in the pouring rain so had to wait to get it installed. Walter took the extra step and sprayed the latch that opens/closes the car hood so I could use it more easily in the future.

I heard when she made a bad Comment like " Oh These People " just because a customer wanted to ask her for something.. she is rude but in a friendly sarcastic way, to disguise her lack of customer service. If she doesn't like to deal with customers and silly questions, she should better to look for another job ....

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
