  Had to to take the car to their shop since rain was in the forecast and the onsite appointment couldn’t be done due to weather. Ok that’s fine. So I took my car to their shop. Their shop closes at 5pm and my wife needed her car. I showed up at 5 to pick it up before they closed. Because the car is a Land Rover, they couldn’t complete the calibration of the window camera which is now going to require another appointment. Not only was it not done in the time I was told, but they didn’t complete the work. On top of that, they put a 4” scratch in my wife’s new car cause the tech who is new dropped his tool. Now the molding on the window needs replaced. This place is a joke and if you were smart you’d go elsewhere. As the tech said, they’re a 6 billion dollar company so it’ll get done on THEIR time. How do you screw up a window so bad AND THEN SCRATCH THE HELL OUT OF THE PERSONS CAR IN THE PROCESS? Never again!!!!

  The tech did an amazing hob replacing my windshield. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. Amazing customer service!

  I scheduled on site repair they called and said it had to be done at their shop. Ok I understand made appoint a week out for Saturday 10 am. They called and messaged multiple times throughout the week to confirm appointment. When I showed up on Saturday they told me they never ordered my windshield because they needed to confirm with vehicle Vin number before ordering. They said they called me they day before to get the Vin but never actually spoke to me. They had a week to get my Vin. They called the day before one time which I hadn't seen or answered. Didn't call day of to let me know they had an issue. Let me drive to them to turn me away. Good times. They did however talk to me multiple times that week to make sure I held up my end of the bargain and never once asked for my vin number. Not cool beware!!

  Safelite Glass in Windham did a great job replacing my windshield. They were able to give me an appointment within a couple of days of my call.
