  The tech was so fast! He even vacuumed the front seat mats which I didn't expect. Was quoted 2 hours but it took less than an hour and I was so surprised. Great place.

  Rafy, my technician was great! He communicated with me from start to finish, he was prompt and on time, great customer service and did a great job.

  Worst customer service in the industry, the shop manager rather ignore customers than take responsibility when their team falls short. The technician was 4 hours late outside of the estimated 5 hour window given for the replacement. No updates were given by the tech about their delays and I had to call to see if they were even going to show up. After the technician arrived they unfortunately broke the new windshield upon installation. The tech told me they will get a new windshield ordered and be back out at the same time and day next week. The technician was very well mannered just undertrained. No one from safelight ever reached back out to me and no one showed up the following week. I called safelight trying to figure out answers and all i got was “we forgot to book it”. I then asked for reasonable compensation for the inconveniences and was told the shop manager will be reaching back out to me. Still no phone call and no replacement windshield. This entire windshield replacement has been harder than it ever needed to be. I just want my windshield replaced correctly and to not deal with safelight going forward. This whole situation has mismanagement written all over it. Lack of communication, undertrained staff and 0 effort shown with accountability and an acceptable resolution.

  They broke a rearview mirror bracket when trying to replace windshield. They didn't have an eta for the part so I had to drive home with no rearview mirror. 6 hours later they brought it to my residence and installed it. They did not properly seal the front windshield and the weatherstripping on the roof's frame came undone and was flapping while driving a day later. Decided to bring it to another Safelite given the craftsmanship issues with the broken mirror and weatherstripping. Only getting 3 stars for the on-site service provided for the broken mirror replacement.
