  Very friendly professional staff. Only opportunity was to shorten time for the appt. The oil change and tire rotation was an hour and a half. Seems like they were working with a new software system so hoping they trim a little time next time. Highly recommend!

  Dropped in to have a slow leaking tire looked at and was pleased to find they were able to fit me in and take care of the issue in less than and hour. I appreciated supporting a family run business. Great service. Clean and organized shop. Knowledgeable staff and surprisingly affordable.

  Wanted to charge me $75 to check 4x4 fluids, so I said forget it and did it MYSELF in 20 mins on my lunch break with my tools, 5 mins on each plug to check fluids. 5 to remove the skid plate and install back on and check. Money saved. No wait time either.

  My bad! I should have asked what their rates were before booking my appointment. An oil change I could have gotten at the dealership for $80 cost me $113.31 after a $20 discount. I also booked a tire rotation and was told to expect to wait one hour for both services. After one hour, the tire rotation was finally completed and then it took another 30 minutes for the oil change. So, I was kept waiting 30 minutes longer than expected and I paid over $30 more than the dealership would have charged me for the oil change. Live and learn.

  Great first time using Gills for my car maintenance and I will be back! Everyone working there was friendly, able to get me in the next day, and offered transparent service. They sent me photos of everything they saw that needed fixing on my car, along with a quote before they did any work. Thank you Gills for being a place I can count on in the area for my car repairs.
