  Rented a car from Bowie, Maryland and within an hour of renting the car, the tire pressure light came on. Thinking it was a fluke, we filled the tire at a gas station and continue on our trip to NH. Long story short, we had to fill the tire 4 more times before making it to our destination in NH. Called corporate and they told us to take the car to a Pepboys or Firestone. So we drove an hour away and took it to Pepboys in Manchester, NH. Pepboys "fixed" the small leak and we went on our way. On the way home, the same tire began to lose pressure again and the entire car was shaking while driving! We called corporate and they told us that they reserved a new car for us at the Claremont, NH location and we confirm that since it is 8 pm, we need to pick up the car the next day. We then drive the 45-min to Claremont and the front door is locked. So we call the Claremont location and no one picks up so the call reroutes us to the Lebanon office. I speak with the manager, Sarah, and experienced the worst customer service. After I explained our situation (and I am obviously frustrated) she tells me that there is no car reserved for us and that corporate did not contact them. I ask her what am I supposed to do, and she tells me to take the car the tire place across the road from the Claremont Enterprise. I told her that we have already taken this car for repairs and there's a bigger problem. Also, it's not our job to take Enterprises cars for routine repairs when we should just be enjoying our vacation. She then says verbatim "well, if you had your own car, you would have to do the same".... I asked her if this is how she usually talks to customers and she then tells me that I am being very rude to her, I can have a nice day, and hangs up on me...

  Worst experience ever, My truck broke down my wife called they said they had a car available but needed me to call to confirm the rental, I called directly after my wife got off the phone and relayed what needed to happen , then all of sudden they had no cars available.. I will never use enterprise again, they are a joke!

  Rented a moving van once wasn't ready when I got there in the morning. Hard to find good help

  Very sketchy. My insurance company was going to cover most of my car rental. I was told by an employee at this location that the most out of pocket I should expect would be $60. After I returned the car, I was told the computers were acting funny and that they couldn't give me a final total owed and that they would just mail me my receipt. They never mailed me a receipt and ended up charging me $267.96 over and above what my insurance company paid. I called the location and they offered to cut the charge in half....seriously? Two calls to ask to speak to the manager has got me no calls back. Trying to work it out with customer service now. Don't rent from this location!
