I made a confirmed reservation, got a ride from 35 minutes away, arrived at 3:30 on September 3, and was told they had no cars. I asked the only guy there why he did not call me and let me know before I drove over, and he said he just got back from lunch. It was 3:30 and they close at 5. Hmm, really? Looking now at other reviews, I can see it is a common issue. Do not bother with this location. Not trustworthy and I am assuming they are lazy since they do not bother to look ahead and provide the courtesy of a call to people before they waste their time. I went over to Avis at the Airport and they had a car and the price was less! Plus they are open on weekends to pick up and drop. This isn't response to the owners reply to me: really? Why don't you bother to call me instead of having me do more work when I've left my review. You can figure out who was in the office, you have my name and you can look at my reservation. Is this just an auto reply to make it seem like you care?

Alan Baker was kind, efficient and professional. He made returning my vehicle a fast easy process after a long drive from Virginia with no rest. Greatly appreciate his professionalism!

RENTERS BEWARE - this location confirmed my reservation via email and voicemail for an 11:45 pickup on a Saturday. I arrived on-location at 11:45 and called the service number provided - no response. I have at this point escalated to the corporate level; I still have no vehicle and have yet to hear from any local agents about any sort of plan to rectify the situation. Rent from Avis if you are renting in Lebanon - I have never had this kind of trouble with Avis. This is my first time renting from Enterprise, and at this point it is very likely my last.

Worst experience ever, My truck broke down my wife called they said they had a car available but needed me to call to confirm the rental, I called directly after my wife got off the phone and relayed what needed to happen , then all of sudden they had no cars available.. I will never use enterprise again, they are a joke!
