  Miserable experience. Reserved a car by Enterprise main phone center. Received "confirmation email." Start walking to pick up car. (Lebanon NH Enterprise doesn't offer pickup.) Local Lebanon NH Enterprise calls and says they "have no cars and don't know when they will." Left high and dry. In Lebanon NH use Avis. Sandra at the airport Avis gives you her cell as back up contact. I reserved a car from Avis and Avis saved me a car. Dear Enterprise- I will avoid you as feasible in future. This was unnecessary stress (before a job interview) l did not need.

  The Buick Envision was nice although I didn't know how the controls functioned. I was just happy to get my Chevy Bolt back from the shop. It confirmed that I prefer my electric car to an ICE vehicle!

  The staff was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and a super positive attitude no matter the customers attitude . Word of advice to renters: ask how to use the functions in the car that you know you'll be using. For example: the climate controls, the blue tooth pairing and did you know these new cars have these automatic/ manual shifters you have the option between the 2. I didn't know that and didn't know how to choose between them but luckily one of my passengers later on that first day did know about it and how to change between the two. And for reference it was a 2022 Jeep Renegade. I guess anyone could flip through the owners manual although it was still wrapped in plastic and I didn't want to ruin that!!! Lol Also if you need a truck you may want to wait until one comes in or look elsewhere bcuz we requested a truck and we have not been able to get one yet and it's been a week of having it. We also were required to pay them 20$ a day (on top of any rental fees not covered by your insurance) for the rental to be covered by insurance even though we have full coverage insurance on the vehicle that was in an accident and we were waiting on the insurance company to send their adjuster. I would think that would be covered under your regular policy. Have never been through this process so it was a lot to take in but the Customer service was great. Anything else I have said is to help your rental time through Enterprise or probably any rental company go as smooth as possible so again I will say overall Enterprise was great, I only wished they had more trucks available.
