  I am very happy with the service I received on my 2017 Ram ProMaster van. Jesse communicated the process and when he arrived and finished installing the windshield. He was courteous and professional.

  Highly recommend! I was able to schedule an appt for windshield replacement within 24 hours and at my home so I didnt have to drive, and scheduling on-line was quick and easy. My service technician, Cameron, did a great job from beginning to end, very satisfied with his work and with Safelite.

  Our technician, Jesse, arrived right on time, thoroughly explained the process, and then got to work. The results were outstanding. The windshield looks perfect, all of the stickers were replaced in their proper positions, and the calibration of the vehicle's safety systems was completed correctly. In addition to doing excellent work, Jesse is personable, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys his work and it shows in the quality of the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend your company—and especially Jesse—to anyone needing windshield replacement or repair.

  This is my second time using Safelite in Tilton, New Hampshire. The first was a chip treatment on my 2019 Mazda, That was done probably two years ago and never had an issue with it again. This time I majorly smashed my windshield and had to have a total replacement. The car originates in Asia and the windshield was auto tinting and the Rearviewmirror is auto tinting. It was also rain repellent. I rarely had to even cut my windshield wipers on It was so rain repellent, so I was expecting to be disappointed. I suspected that it wouldn’t be as nice as original. The staff there was wonderful, They called me by name As soon as I walked through the door, offered me coffee and water, kept me up-to-date as the repair was going. Did it perfectly. They also cleaned the rest of the windows and vacuumed the car. Anytime I have trouble with my windows. I know just where to go. I’m always very satisfied. Thank you safelight for my new windshield.
