- BBBaro961May 28, 20265.0I appreciated that Olivia picked me up at the collision center so I didn’t need to have my wife take time off work. Olivia arrived in minutes and took me back to the office for paperwork. She was thorough in explaining the process, and what the costs would be before walking out the door. The car was clean, fuel efficient and had a full tank of gas. Olivia also made sure I was aware of the features, and asked me if I was interested in upgrading to include satellite radio which I declined. I liked that once my truck was ready, I was able to drop it off and leave it at the collision center and enterprise would pick it up on their own. Everything was connected which made it convenient. Olivia called me at the conclusion of the rental and told me I’d be getting money back on my card as a result of my insurance policy. That was great news. Will definitely use this company, and specifically this location again.
