  We had a tire blow out around 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. A friend grabbed my spare tire from my shop, but it wasn’t mounted on a rim, so I called Monro around 5:00 to see whether they could swap the damaged tire for the replacement. They told me to come in at 5:30, even though they closed at 6:00. They got right to work and had me back on the road by 5:45. They charged a fair $50 and even replaced the valve stem after the TPMS sensor was accidentally damaged. No attitude, no hassle, and no making me feel like an inconvenience for showing up near closing time. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and an incredibly quick turnaround on a last-minute Saturday call. I really appreciated them helping us out when we were in a bind.

  Overall my experience was positive once I was in the office handing the team my keys. However, don’t use the customer service line! I initially called and spoke to someone who told me they could get me in same day at another location nearby (Hampton) since the Stratham location couldn’t do the muffler job I needed that afternoon. When I showed up to the Hampton location, they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they couldn’t even do weld jobs for a month. The gentleman there even told me it made sense once I mentioned I talked to the customer service line - clearly there are significant communication issues between that line and the actual shops.

  The experience at Monro has been superior. I came in for a quote a few weeks ago and took my car back to dealership to let them know. They botched the job and I ended up having to come back to Monro to have the entire job done properly. I can’t thank Cory and the team enough for helping me out and getting my car back on the road.
