  Short staffed, waited 2hrs- 45 min for 4 new tires, mounted and balance. One person on the floor, trying to get work done, answers phones and wait in customers.

  I would rate lower than 1 star if I could and I see I am not the only one. Unmotivated is being polite, ghetto rap playing at ear splitting volume, waited an hour and guy out back says do you have the wheel lock key? Yeah no problem. Guy behind the desk comes out 5 minutes later says can't rotate your tires, you need new ones, you're at 3 up front and 4 out back. I can look up some new ones, uh yeah no thanks. I bring it to the Dealer I bought it from tech says you do not need new tires you're at 5 up front and 6 and 7 out back. I was interested in perhaps just changing them out to a different brand rather than just rotating them again, Imagine being so lazy and unmotivated you lose over $1000 in sales. Pathetic. Guy next to me had an 8:00 appt and it was near 10 and his car hadn't even moved. If you want to waste a morning watching incompetent people make excuses by all means schedule your appointment.

  I went with Tire Warehouse because they were close to my work and offered quick service. I dropped it off and picked it back up across a window of about 3 hours. Their alignment station was having difficulty printing, so they only allowed me to take a picture of their screen. I attached the photo. Upon leaving their store I immediately noticed the steering wheel did not point straight while traveling down the road. I needed to get back to work, so I drove back. Reviewing the photo of the before and after of the alignment, I paid $135 for them to only adjust the toe of the alignment, and not touch camber or caster. After adjusting the wheel back straight with toe plates I own, the vehicle doesn't track straight because the camber and caster are still out of adjustment. I will not be back for an alignment in the future.

  I had a tire air issue and walked in! They were so nice about helping me and filled my tires for free!

  Terrible experience. I bought tires and an alignment my tires were never aligned and the rear tires lasted 3000 miles, the front about 5000. I went in for the warranty on the tires, was initially handed a bill for $500. Fought that and had the rear replaced for $95. 2000 miles later my front tires were bare. Went in and had to pay almost $200 to have those replaced. When my car came off the lift the steering wheel was lopesided and pulled to the left. I was sent to another shop to have that “fixed” it’s still a bit janky and took almost 4 hours of my time in total. I will not be using tirewarehouse again in the future. It’s a mess of an operation over there.
