If I could select ZERO stars I would.
I highly recommend avoiding this place. James, the shop manager, is unprofessional and lied about the work done on my car. He initially told me they offer full service and that I could drop off my car that was having trouble and overheating. I returned the next day for an update, he asked for my name and number, which I assumed was for system lookup. And told me there was no update yet. He later texted me privately, claiming to be James, and said it would be easier than dinging his conversion scores. I felt a bit off about the private message, but I didn’t see any serious harm in it. He then sent me a video of the leaking part and the part name that needed to be fixed. When I asked for an update, he said the part had come in but with the hot weather and other customers there was a delay in the replacement. He then quoted the price and offered to do it for cash. I agreed because it was cheaper, and I am pregnant and trying to save any extra money (I know terrible mistake). After saying I would pay cash, I asked if they were open on the weekend due to the holiday. He said they were open but with shorter hours and mentioned that they were closed Sundays. He also said he was in there “tinkering and making extra cash.” I laughed and said, “Can’t beat extra money.” Looking back, I can’t believe he said that because he was essentially using shop materials to make personal money, which is unprofessional and seems against the rules.
Then, on the fourth day, I received a message saying my car was ready.
On Saturday, I paid for my car, picked it up, and headed home. My car overheated again. I turned around and pulled back in. James inspected the car and said the radiator may need to be burped or topped off. He opened the cap and found it completely dry. He said “we must have forgotten to fill it” and got a bottle of antifreeze to fill the radiator. After 15 minutes of it running, he said I should be all set and sent me on my way.
I parked the car at home and realized it was leaking. I quickly took a video, sent it to James, and told him I was on my way back. After looking at it he said the car should be fixed by Monday and I wouldn’t have to pay again.
I texted him Tuesday, I was frustrated because I had first dropped off the car on Wednesday so it had been a week without it. He said he was in “cub scout camp” and would message “Brady” to see if he had made any progress.
Later that day, I asked if I should call the shop or if he could pass my number to Brady. He said Brady was pulling the car into the shop now. I was frustrated because it was 2 pm Tuesday and I had been told it would be done Monday.
Around 5 pm, I texted him again and asked for an update. He told me what was wrong with the car and said Brady was there looking for a part. My boyfriend returned home with our second car, so I drove to speak with Brady. However, to my surprise he had left early for the day. The shop attendant informed me that Brady hadn’t even inspected my car on Monday and only briefly looked at it on Tuesday. I was furious because the attendant didn’t know where my key was (Brady had it). I messaged James, expressing my dissatisfaction and demanding half of the payment. He refused to refund me, claiming they had already replaced a part and that I could retrieve my key from Brady the next day.
Next day I brought my car to another shop, explaining the situation and showing them the videos. They agreed to investigate and informed me of the necessary repairs and the order of the parts. When the car was finished, I was shocked to discover that the part James and Brady had “fixed/ replaced” was never replaced. Instead, they had connected a cut pipe to my existing broken pipe using a rubber tube. I was deeply disappointed and disgusted by the poor customer service.
James is a terrible manager, and I strongly advise against visiting this shop or James. He claims to be “world class,” but his actions speak otherwise. I’ll include a picture of the two parts he attempted to connect and falsely claimed were new.

One of the studs on my front wheel lug nuts had broken off. They fitted me in right away as a walk-in and repairs fit at a very reasonable price. Will always go to them for service.
