  One of the studs on my front wheel lug nuts had broken off. They fitted me in right away as a walk-in and repairs fit at a very reasonable price. Will always go to them for service.

  Wanted Goodyear Assurance tires mgr said we carry them, then said none in stock after 5 min. Bumped me to a Nexxen same price pt. When I pick up car NO valve stem covers on wheels. Also spare tire put on top of my golf bag and not in its storage area where it belongs below. Where is the customer service, no apology. 1 person showed up for work today when I picked up car at 9:10am, shoddy operation

  Had purchased new tires in Sept and as of June they were bald. Worked with Mike at Tore Warehouse who was very pleasant and apologetic. They looked at the car and then called to say I could get most of the tire price back and they put 4 new tires (better tires) for a fee after the refund of the old tires. They worked very quickly and I would work with Mike again.

  Even though he was very busy with multiple customers, the manager on duty (Mike) was very courteous and helpful. He recommended a good tire for a good price, and he carefully explained the road hazard coverage. I will definitely recommend this Tire Warehouse outlet.

  Mike behind the desk was a true professional from initial phone call to check out after buying 4 tires. When asked how long he’d been working there, he replied 4 weeks. You’ve got a good one there TW - hang on to him!
