  Do not make an appointment it does not matter and you will not be seen. Wasted my time on thinking I was all set and they told me they can’t do anything. Should have said that and not wasted 3 hours of time thinking I was good to go. NOPE

  Went in for a tire repair after hitting a nail. They were very quick and nice folks! Will go back again for any other issues.

  I've never had such a frustrating experience for an oil change. I normally go to Central Park Express which is right up the road but they were closed on Sunday. I walked in and set up an oil change at 9:15am they said sure 1 hour we can get you in, OK no problem. My car came in and was put on the lift directly in front of the waiting room and I was the only customer there. There were several employees in the bay but only one working on my vehicle. The rest were smoking and goofing off not doing anything related to my car. I sat and I couldn't believe how slow the one technician was working, it became painful after 30min of watching it 10ft away in plain sight. 45min later I see the oil drain and my car start to be lowered. Here's where I get really frustrated, they start to try and remove my wheels... I've never had an oil change and my wheels get taken off. Well they try and they can't after 15 minutes. WHY! The slowness and checking and dissappearing out back while the counter guy goes out to just talk with the boys on the other side of the empty bay. I've literally never experienced anything like this so I was also just in awe. Another customer comes in for just an oil change and asks about the price and says Pronto does it for X, employee just says "then take it to Pronto" he was taken aback. Back to my vehicle now an hour in and I can't explain to you how much the guy was just doing pointless stuff at an incrediblely slow pace and dissappearing. Then the cherry on top was they couldn't reset my "oil light" which is non existent. They spent another 20 minutes flicking my wipers and and just pushing buttons and tapping their laptop. I wouldn't have spent this much time writing this review if I really hadn't just gone through the worst and most insane oil change of my life. The place is a joke. DO NOT HAVE SERVICE DONE HERE.

  Mike and his team (of one) were so customer foreword that it was a breath of fresh air. Your call center kept sending in customers unaware of the work that was going on in the shop….2 men and 5 cars they are working on. That’s truly unrealistic odds. Yet their demeanor and attitude was positive and they owned the “we got you” attitude. I will be sharing my experience and shouting from the rooftops about how well I was treated and the customers around me were treated. I hope that you take a minute out of your corporate schedule and take time to recognize this location in Somersworth New Hampshire and the stellar experiences they provide to your customer. No one is recognized any more for the good that is done, these gentlemen represented your company today in a stellar fashion. Do the right thing.
