  I went in for an oil change and to find out why I was hearing a high pitched squealing sound. It wasn't my serpentine belt as I guessed. I did however have a weak battery. I'm happy they found that issue where I work nights and could have been stranded in the dark. Sadly, their AC equipment has been down for months so I couldn't get that serviced. They have no idea when it'll be back up. I 'll likely have to go elsewhere to have that service done. The squealing sound is still there when I turn on my AC, so my issue isn't resolved.

  Straightforward, good experience. Got a same day appointment for my ABS and traction control lights coming on suddenly. They found the issue pretty quickly, and were refreshingly honest without any attempts at upselling. He even said I could technically drive it as is, I just had a broken tone ring which unfortunately requires the entire wheel bearing to be replaced. I had also asked about my brakes squeaking a bit at times, another chance to convince me I needed something fixed but they found no issues and confirmed it’s likely just weather related. I got an estimate for the work and had it done, paid what I was quoted. I’ve been screwed over by multiple local mechanics who convinced me I needed to fix something or other; I’ll be bringing my vehicle back here for any future issues.

  I had work on a muffler and tailpipe. Muffler was warranty but tailpipe wasn’t even though previously Monroe muffler did the work and the connected the tailpipe in an incorrect manner which caused the muffler to fail and tailpipe.. Rocco was very good an did give a discount price off the tailpipe. The other mechanic had a poor attitude and stated when I asked about tailpipe and the connections that they did the work not him well they is Monroe muffler so I felt the tailpipe should have been replaced for free. Also at the end of the service I said so the tailpipe along with the muffler is warrantied and the response was muffler is you have to call corporate about the tailpipe. So was left with a bad experience in my eyes with how this was all handled .

  Mike and Roco were fantastic, helped me get my car all squared away. They are some the best mechanics in NH.
