Corey saved our vacation! The staff was super knowledgeable and patient helping us with a brake issue. We walked in on the eve of a holiday weekend and it was the only store around that would see us. Corey showed us the issues and walked us through things that needed to be handled immediately for safety vs. things we could handle later. Will be coming back to Mavis!

I’ve been bringing multiple vehicles here for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the team at Mavis. They have always taken great care of our family. What an absolute clown show. I made an appt online. I dropped my car off the night before so I could pick it up the next day after work. I was having 1 tire replaced. When I arrived to pick it up I was informed that they could not get the tire off because of the wheel lock (which the lug key was provided) and that they tried to remove it with multiple impact guns and a breaker bar. I asked to borrow a tool and offered to remove the wheel lock myself. "No we cant loan tools". I drove the car home removed the wheel lock myself which came right off with my impact btw and drove back. I asked if they could replace the tire now and was told i would have to drop it off and wait another day. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!! Im willing to bet all the mavis employees get dropped off there everyday by a very short bus. 0 stars dont waste your time
