  My husband and I have an RV. After he passed away in March, I am the person responsible for everything with the camper. I am admittedly not mechanically inclined. I drove my camper to Seabrook, NH looking for new windshield wipers, in order to pass inspection this month. I was unable to get the old wipers off. Matthew walked up to me when I walked in and asked if I needed help. He was able to find the wipers and suggested a model most suited to my needs. He then asked if I needed help installing them and I gratefully said yes, if he had time. They were replaced in minutes. Hr also explained how to take them off should the need arise. I thanked him for his help. Thus may seem like a simple task to many but it was much bigger to me. I was able to get my new wipers, get my inspection sticker and make an appointment to have my camper winterized in one afternoon. Thank you Matthew for helping me and being patient explaining my options. You are very good at your job and represent the Auto Zone brand very well. I don’t need to say keep up the good work because I know you will.

  Just a quick shout out to the help and assistance Gary, the manager at your Seabrook New Hampshire store, offered me when I went to purchase a new battery for my car. He couldn't have been any helpful and professional, when installing my new battery in my car for me.

  Will not restock a needed item if it is out of stock. They request payment beforehand. This is not a custom part either. Prices for off the shelf maintenence items are high

  My experience at this AutoZone was exceptional, and Daniel deserves every bit of recognition. I actually drove a little farther to visit this location because of the glowing Google Maps reviews that mentioned the outstanding customer service. Those reviews couldn’t have been more accurate. Barely a foot through the front door, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I looked toward the voice and saw Daniel’s kind smile. I chuckled and told him it was exactly that kind of warmth, described in the Google Maps reviews, that inspired me to drive the extra distance. Daniel could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He quickly identified the exact part I needed and shared a few key pointers that saved me from making a mistake that could have created another problem down the road. In a time when genuine customer service can be hard to find, Daniel stands out. He’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping customers get the right solution, not just make a sale. This location has definitely earned my future business, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service.
