I wasted 2 hours at the Salem shop waiting for 4 new tires . Once they finally get my car in the bay they tell me they can only find 2 tires. Unbelievable! Also, the guy working ar the front desk had about as much energy as a sloth. Use at your own risk!

The Mavis is Salem, Nh has great front staff and the manger and the assistant manager do their best to get all the information and work with you to get what you need to get repair. I have had no issues with oil changes or any of the parts they have put in on my car. Unfortunately they failed to noticed my rims were bent when changing my tires after hitting a pothole. It is very frustrating that I had to get it taken somewhere else to get my tire rebalanced to find out that the rims were trashed.

What a rip-off. $30 to plug a tire. The guys were nice and the service was fine, but that charge is ridiculous. They said the price was set by the company and is based on the size of the tire. What?? A plug is a plug, no matter the tire size. I've paid $10 at other places.

"I had a fantastic experience at this shop! It was my first time here, and I’m so glad I chose them. I went in to have a wheel stud replaced because one had snapped when I went to Walmart for a tire rotation and balance (Walmart actually reimbursed me for the repair).
Before coming here, I stopped by Pep Boys, and they wanted to charge me $199.00 for the repair. Then I went to Mavis Tires, and what a great experience it was! Arthur was an absolute gentleman. While I was waiting, I noticed how busy they were—there were only three employees handling tires and other services—but Arthur was so professional, constantly apologizing to customers for the wait.
But the best part was definitely the price. I couldn’t believe it—it was only $24.90! That’s $175.00 less than what Pep Boys wanted to charge. I definitely recommend Mavis Tires, especially for having such a kind and considerate person like Arthur on their team."
