- CSChakib saloumJun 12, 20261.0I had to rent a car through my insurance after an accident. Before picking up the vehicle, I specifically requested an SUV large enough for my family. I was told there would be an additional charge for an upgrade, which I agreed to pay. When I asked what vehicle would be provided, I was informed it would be a Hyundai Kona. I explained that this vehicle would not meet my family's needs, but I was told to take it temporarily and was promised it would be exchanged within a few days. Unfortunately, that never happened. My rental period lasted 16 days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received no meaningful updates, no communication, and no replacement vehicle. I ended up paying extra for an upgrade that I never actually received. The Hyundai Kona itself was disappointing, with a basic entertainment system and an unpleasant odor inside the vehicle throughout the rental period. To make matters worse, when I requested a copy of my bill, I was repeatedly promised that it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. I had to contact the office multiple times and make several follow-ups before finally obtaining the invoice. Overall, the customer service was poor, promises were not kept, and the extra fees provided no added value. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this rental location.

This time I was able to rent a car for a longer period of time because the staff member alerted me to a promotion being offered. I also appreciated the quickness of actually picking up the car and also again dropping it off. The staff was very nice, professional and knowledgeable.
