  Lindsay Etheridge the branch manager up in Salem, NH was awesome She was very professional and courteous Excellent Customer Service She supplied me with a cord so I could get my Car Play working in my Nisson Rogue rental She is a credit to Enterprise Car Rental Because of Lindsay I will definitely rent from Enterprise again She was awesome

  Rented a minivan to go to Niagara Falls with my family, needed a minivan specifically for my large family and handicap daughter, reserved online and got there and there were three cars available. 2 minivans and one Durango. They said the minivans were reserved for tomorrow, I was like but I reserved it and am here today. I said fine I will take an Durango, they charged my card and then said sorry you can’t go to Canada with that suv even thoigj it says online you can and certainly you can with a minivan…BAIT AND SWITCH. I asked if they could give me one of the minivans sitting right next to the Durango and they said no and said sorry nothing available. The refund wouldn’t go through for at least a few days and it was over 1k so I didn’t have money to rent another one from a different company. Escalation department tried numerous times to reach the regional manager, who apparently was the only one who could help us, we emailed him as well and nothing. Sitting here for hours with nothing. Be aware of the scam they have. You think you reserve something and they certainly won’t have it. These people should be ashamed of them selves. The branch manager tried to call around to her credit but ultimately said sorry too bad. Great people over there at enterprise… unreal. If the only people who can help you are not going to be available from 4 pm to now 6:30 pm and still waiting..then maybe have someone else fill in for you. Im sure area managers get paid decent money to be on call. This review should be hung up in the offices at corporate to show how NOT to treat customers.

  First off they brought the car to me! Second off they picked the car up from me! They never contacted me throughout the time I had the rental to bother me or anything everything was handled without even contacting me. And a big plus was that we absolutely loved the vehicle we were in we were in a Hyundai Tucson and I decided that that's the car I want to buy for me and my family! Thank you Enterprise for making this accident headache free for me!

  Been using this enterprise for over 3 years I left a pair of $900 glasses and they claim that their detailer claims he never “saw” them. Crazy part is I’ve left $1200 glasses and they’ve called me to pick them up. I’m positive their detailer freddy kept them for himself this time.
