I called about a break in my tire stem. They said I could bring it in and they would try to get me worked in. I got there and they were able to fix it immediately. I was only there for 20 minutes and on my way back home to put my tire back on my truck. The staff was courteous & knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

My tire and wheels were damaged when they were replacing a tire. They didn’t charge me anything for my visit because they damaged my wheel upon submitting a claim they are now saying they didn’t damage a tire or wheel… then why didn’t they charge for any of the work done……. Upon submitting a claim they won’t cover the wheel they damaged. Do not take any real luxury wheels here do not take any real tires here I will be adding pictures for everyone can see since they don’t want to cover it. And they can’t even be truthful when responding. The visit was free because of the damage not the time it took. Got me on the road safe😂 I went home and parked the car as it’s not my daily driver. and called the wheel Manufacturer to see how I should go about replacing them since they are custom wheels And it’s doesn’t matter how small you might think the damage is. IT WAS DAMAGED BY YOUR INCOMPETENT UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES. The wheels were 4k new and over 1k to get powder coated. And now I have to battle them to get it repaired and re powder coated. The best part is the claims specialist doesn’t even know anything about wheels/tires.

Huge shoutout to Jack and Ben at the Rochester Sullivan Tire! I came in with a mild tire dilemma and left with my vehicle driving smooth and my pride mostly intact. Apparently, when the sticker inside your door says 36 PSI, that means 36 PSI per tire—not a combined team effort divided among all four. Who knew? Jack and Ben handled my tragic lack of basic tire math with total professionalism, zero judgment, and top-tier customer service. Used to be a loyal Lafayette Street customer, but ever since the passing of the legend himself, the amazing Jeff DuPont, that spot just brings up too many feelings. Coming to the Rochester location keeps me safely on the road and prevents me from breaking down into a weeping, unmanly heap in the waiting area. Jack and Ben are absolute rockstars. Fast, friendly, and patient with guys who treat tire pressure like a math riddle. I’ll definitely be back! 🚗💨

I've been going to Sullivan Tire for years, and honestly, I don't know what I would do without them. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard to come by these days, but the team at Sullivan Tire has earned my trust time and time again. Whether it's tires, brakes, oil changes, routine maintenance, or larger repairs, they've always taken great care of me, my vehicles, and even many of my friends' vehicles as well. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain what's going on without any pressure or surprises. What keeps me coming back is knowing that they'll recommend only what actually needs to be done and stand behind their work. It's rare to find a shop that consistently delivers that level of service year after year. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy team to work on your vehicle, I highly recommend Sullivan Tire.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sullivan Tire regarding an alignment issue on my 2009 F-250. I brought the truck in because it was randomly pulling and not steering correctly. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, I was told the problem was caused by a leaking power steering pump — which turned out to be completely inaccurate, as the pump was never actually leaking. The real issue ended up being a binding passenger-side U-joint, not the power steering system. After replacing the U-joint, the steering improved significantly. I spent time and money chasing the wrong diagnosis because the truck was not properly diagnosed What was most frustrating was that the alignment issue itself was never truly resolved, and I left feeling like assumptions were made instead of a thorough diagnosis being performed. When customers bring in heavy-duty trucks with suspension or steering modifications, it’s important that the technicians understand those systems rather than immediately blaming unrelated components. I expected better communication and troubleshooting from a professional alignment shop.
