  Other oil change places have employees who give you that nasty look if you're not pulling in your vehicle the exact way they want you to. These guys? They'll greet you with a bottle of cool water and a smile, and they are thoroughly professional and kind all the time. This veteran really appreciates the fact that Strickland Brothers is veteran operated. Plus I got a nice discount as a veteran myself. I can't recommend them enough!

  The attendants at Strickland Bros, Rochester NH are always friendly & helpful. As an emergency responder, it's important to me to keep my vehicle up and ready. Not only is it great that I canpull in and get my oil changed on my schedule, but the 20% Responder Discount helps keep it affordable. Thank You, Strickland Bros Rochester team!!

  Do not go to this place for an oil change!! They sugar coat their terrible service with snacks and a tiny bottle of water. Thats great. Whats not great is them NOT putting the oil cap back on. Or not clamping the air filter cover back on, leading to my car taking in too much air and breaking down on the highway! Avoid the mess, avoid the headache, avoid the extra money(for the oil change AND new parts) and steer clear!

  First time having my oil changed here and had a great experience. Employee greeted me promptly upon arrival and offered a complimentary bottle of water. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. I was even given a complimentary air freshener for my car on the way out. Would recommend!

  Overall enthusiastic workers, but they threw away the pressure flap in my BMW, and nearly caused my engine to explode. Caused $300 worth of damage in the one day I drove it after this oil change. Will never come back and will always suggest ANY other oil change place.
