  In have been a customer of Rochester HD for many years and it is due to their customer service skills, product knowledge and willingness to go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Their service department is top notch. Please reach out to Paul, he will take personal interest in your needs and ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Last weekend when coming home from Laconia my check engine light came on. Although Rochester HD's service department was pre-booked for days, Paul had me drop off my Trike the next day. Within one day Paul made sure the engine light was looked at and the issue remedied. I highly recommend to visit Rochester HD no matter what you are looking for (sale, service, parts, etc). They treat their customers right. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly, I appreciate it.

  After traveling from central Ohio and checking every Harley store we passed on the way to Laconia, this was the only location that had the very specific mount/hardware and sissy bar that I needed for the back of my husbands Soft Tail Deluxe. Wayne and Pete were amazing for taking the time to search for these parts in the back once their system told them they had only 1 in stock, and they found them! Finding the part we needed completely changed our trip for the better by making me comfortable for our ride and helping me feel safer as a passenger. Our trip probably would’ve been cut short if we didn’t find this sissy bar, so I can’t thank Wayne and Pete enough for the help they provided us!

  A huge thank you to HD of Rochester for saving my bike week! Due to unforseen circumstances I wound up having to ride backpack on my own bike. When I had bought my bike, the prior owner had removed the inner hardware of the rear fender. Well you know what's not fun? Holding on for dear life on the mountains of NH. A quick call to Cole and he helped find a sissy bar and docking hardware then suggested we swing by so they could figure out what else I was missing. Pete came out and in minutes knew what I needed. Just my luck only one in stock and I need two. No problem! Pete called Lori over at Seacoast HD and they got it couriered over. In the time it took my family to have a quick lunch, the amazing team at Rochester HD including Pete, Cole, and Kevin and then Lori over at Seacoast HD had us up and running with all of the proper equipment. The rest of my bike week was cruising through the mountains taking pictures and not waiting around in some dealership or having to go back multiple times. If this was their service DURING the busiest time of year for them I can only imagine how amazing their service must be every other day. Definitely wish they were closer to home because they would FOR SURE be my go-to.

They helped me choose the right motorcycle, set up a test ride, and made the purchase process easy from beginning to end. The pricing was fair, transparent, and clearly explained. There were no back-room games, no pressure, and no shady surprises. Everything was upfront and easy to understand. The staff is outstanding. GM Aaron, Sales Manager Craig, and the entire sales team were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with the process. You never feel like you are just another deal. You feel like part of the family. They were also happy to show me the service department where my new bike will be taken care of, and the dealership is well stocked with parts, accessories, and plenty of merchandise for both riders and bikes. I love my new Street Glide and I’m looking forward to making a lot of great memories with it. If you’re looking for a Harley-Davidson dealer that does things the right way, this is the one.

  Special thank you to Ethan, Craig, Morgan, and Pete! They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable with everything. Just bought my second bike from Ethan and it is always a pleasure to work with him. Thank you Craig and Morgan for getting the numbers where they needed to be and being able to sign the paperwork quickly. Pete made sure what has needed to be fixed on both of my bikes gets done quickly efficiently and with amazing communication and costumer service. I recommend this team to everyone I talk to.
