  I love the parts department! They are great and I’ve had a solid relationship with with them for 16 years. The apparel department is also great. I brought my 24 Road Glide there for some repair work done. I found numerous bolts loose my mirror was loose. My aftermarket amplifier was messed with and damaged. My crossover mounted nice and neat in the saddlebags were taken apart and put back in sloppy and not at all neat as they went in there as. My charger port for the battery tender tender was not put back in as they found it and also removed the fuse and didn’t put it back in causing it to not work. I left my charger for the $800 battery I put in brand new the week I dropped it off. They let the battery die (it had a draw) and left it off a tender that I said it needed to be on and now my battery is not holding a good charge anymore.

  Stopped in looking for a seat for our road glide. Wayne, from the parts dept, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions, helped us find the perfect seat. Thanks for your help! Jeff and Jean N.
