  These guys are great! Very honest and straightforward! As well as fair prices! Brought my wife’s 2018 Jeep compass to them for a clunking in the rear end was told it was a swaybar link bushing. Not only did they replace the part but they priced me on the lower end of what was quoted, which is amazing! Zero complaints! Highly recommend this shop to anyone I will be returning.

  So at the end of January I was in an accident because a 19 year old slammed on his breaks in slippery conditions. My car was towed off scene and it’s been with dougs towing. Since my accident I wasn’t able to make any money being a single mom of 2 kids and I received a letter threatening to sell my car because as a single mom of 2 I haven’t had the $250 for the towing fee for my car. My dad passed away a few days after my accident and Doug knows all of this! He was still talking bad about me to my own family members, now I get a letter threatening to sell my car because “i abandoned my car” all because I’m a single mom doing it alone and my dad passed I haven’t had the money so he decides to make my life harder! It’s not like one car is taking up so much space you need to threaten me and say I abandoned my car!!!

  Don't call them if its snowing. Told me he would get stuck if the road wasn't plowed. I was in a snow bank and it was a plowed parking lot on the other side of the bank. Told him I would dig through it so they could pull me forward. Refused and said he would get stuck anyway. I called AAA back and they sent another ( competent) towing service but had to wait 1.5 hours. I was just happy to not sleep in my car. I dug the front out and waited for the truck to arrive. He had me out in 5 minutes when he came and even offered to wait for me at the top of the hill from the parking lot. No problem at all after that. Again, Doug thinks his truck will get stuck if you need help during a snowstorm so don't waste your time if you need help. He should just stick to towing cars to his garage that need service during the summer and the sun is out.

  Nice guys at Dougs. Super helpful, do good work, and if needed are willing to give you a ride home. Look no further for your neighborhood mechanic.
