  This was a tremendous visit. I got there at 7:20 AM and they opened the doors 10 minutes early! I was greeted by four very professional pleasant technicians. They did a fantastic job on my car. Got the oil changed and the 16 point testing done. All in 15 minutes. I couldn’t be any happier. Thank you.

  Brit went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was she was thorough in the work performed but did an excellent job explaining why certain service were needed and how it would prolong the mechanical functions of my car potentially saving me thousands in future car repairs. I have already shared my experience with family and friends and will continue to use valvoline.

  THE best customer service around!!! Cody explained the services recommended in a way I could actually understand. Nothing forced; just gave me the information to make an informed decision about what actually needed to be done & what could be done in the future. I felt very confident with his knowledge. He even called on his manager for a question about my NISSAN rather than making a guess. Techs Ethan & Kody both worked on my vehicle as well in an extremely professional manner. I drive a lot & I appreciated the attention to detail in servicing my vehicle.

  Such a great experience at Valvoline in Portsmouth. I showed up just as they opened on Saturday and they welcomed me right in and got started. This group were personable and knowledgeable which was very much appreciated. Thank you Casey, Greg, Bo and Ethan. I will most definitely be back.

  I have been going here for quite a while. The attention to detail is impeccable, the customer service is outstanding. No pun intended, but the place of business is a "well oiled machine." Everyone working on my car were super. I spoke with a gentleman named Tom who us looking to be promoted. He should be. Smiles. Thank you for all you folks do. I appreciate it all.
