  I had a punctured tire on my lunch break for work, and needed a new tire right then and there, because I live about 70 miles away from where I work in Portsmouth. I needed four new tires anyway, so this was merely the catalyst for me to change them finally. I called Sullivan Tire since they're only about a mile from where I work, and they told me they could get me in for four new tires and an alignment ASAP. I popped my spare tire on and hobbled over to the shop. They pulled my car in within a couple of minutes of me pulling up. I don't know exactly how long I was there, but it really wasn't very long, and I was back in my car headed back to work. This team is excellent, they had my car all set with four new tires, an alignment, and it didn't break the bank either. After checking my receipt, I paid roughly what I would have paid on Tire Rack, but I didn't have to wait, which counts for a lot. Overall, I think this shop does fantastic work and they won't make you go broke. I'm very happy with my service here and will definitely be back.

  I was on vacation and needed a new set of tires asap and Gregory helped me out of a jam! He worked with me on finding an affordable set. He gave me a ride back to my camp site and picked me up when the car was ready! Best most convenient tire buying experience of my life they even did a better job on the alignment than my regular mechanic! I can't recommend this store enough. Thank you Greg!

  We've visited Sullivan Tire twice recently, and both visits were great. The team are really helpful, explain things clearly (without "talking down" to us) and their prices are very fair. Their waiting area is comfortable with lots of magazines, a TV, and food and beverage machines. We'll go back to this Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in Portsmouth whenever we need car repairs, or even have questions. Definitely five-star service!

  Two words, Seamless and Perfection I called the day before and asked for a tire recommendation, I wanted a smooth quiet ride. They recommended a sweet pair of Yokos that delivered on the promise! And also explained how other options would work but might not be as quiet or as smooth. I couldn't believe how much of a difference they made while cruising on the highway. I will happily come back! Thank you!
