  Avoid this parking if you don’t want to be robbed of your money. The rates are not posted anywhere. I paid $16 for one hour. This is ridiculous! Even New York City is cheaper. You don’t find out until after your card has been charged. This is pure deception and cheating! And this is on a Saturday when the area was not very crowded. If I knew, I would have gone elsewhere.

  Totally overpriced!! This garage is more expensive than the others, and the rates are not clear. We paid $18 for 3.5 hours, which was ridiculous. Drive to another one.

  Payed $30 to park here using ParkWhiz. At the end of the night, the ParkWhiz app wasn’t displaying my pass correctly, so I had to call the help line. The man who answered to “help” us was the rudest human I have ever interacted with. He was so aggressive, I was trying to explain the situation calmly and nicely and he was beyond rude. After putting us on hold, he finally came back and told us that he discovered there was a malfunction. No kidding, that’s what I was trying to explain to you nicely sir. The whole interaction was stressful and upsetting and there was no need for him to be so angry and rude, when it is quite literally his job to help us when something goes wrong. Do not park here.

  Clean, safe parking with helpful staff. Highly recommend over other Portsmouth options considering it is right downtown, and you can park the car out of the heat.

  Portwalk Garage is great! It’s convenient and I love that it is heated in the winter.
