I just got kicked out my house and was living out of my car. I got a flat tire and went to at least 5 different places and no one would work with the amount of money I had. Darius and the guys at Mavis came through for me. Brought me to tears. Now I can go door dash and make some money. He didn't have to help me but he did. So far they have broken 3 of my tire pressure sensors between me and my wife’s car. I don’t even want to deal with Mavis anymore but I already bought two sets of all four tires here. I’m convinced the mechanics break something everytime they touch it.

I had a great experience at the tire store. The service was excellent, and Cris was polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.
My only complaint was the amount of time it took to complete the job. Even though I made the appointment the day before and had a scheduled appointment for the next day, it took more than two hours to replace a spare tire with a new tire. I expected the service to be much quicker with an appointment.
Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the service and the staff, but the wait time could definitely be improved.

I went to Mavis to get a tire repaired after being told by the tire company up the street that I would have to wait 3 hours. The guys at Mavis were very knowledgeable and although they were busy, they had my tire fixed in 15 minutes. They did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would recommend them and will go back there when it’s time for new tires.
