- SRScarlette RaleyMay 8, 20265.0Great guys, had a tire almost blown out and would have had to have both front tires replaced since they didn’t have the correct one in stock, and instead of charging or making me wait on a delivery they took the 25 min drive to go pick up the tire and replace it. Saves me money and didn’t make me wait until 5pm on a “potential” delivery.

Assistant manager tells us that we need a new steering buckle and the part would be $600 and $420 for labor. We decide to buy the part ourselves as the cost was $153 not $600. We decide to have mavis do the work in said part. We call to ask for labor cost quoted $420. We arrive with part for the work at 10:45 ask how long as had a very important appointment at 2pm they said no problem you will be out in plenty of time. 2:15 the car is done and the cost is now $913. And the paperwork states 4.5 hours of labor an hour longer than it took. While waiting we witness an employee try to charge an elderly gentlemen more $ than he was quoted. He spoke up and suddenly the cost goes back down.

They beat my other quotes I had received aswell. It was quick and smooth. Installed under two hours. i’ll be back to see them in the future thanks again!
