Seacoast was closed on my way home from Maine but Trish was a huge help! I wanted one of their new t shirts. Trish described each one for me. She packed my shirt, poker chips gave me a key chain and a super nice note! I got it in two days!! Excellent customer service Trish ! Thank you so much! Jack

I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived for my appt with Lindsey. Lindsey and Cody were wonderful! They greeted me, demonstrated the features of the bike I selected and discussed with me the changes between the model years, and answered all questions that I had. Adam in the Parts Dept and the guys in the Service Dept were patient with me as I went through my “wish list” and ordered everything that I wanted and needed. I specifically chose this dealership because of my past purchase with Lindsey who is awesome and will send anyone I know looking for a Harley to Lindsey and the Seacoast team! Thank you Lindsey, Cody and Adam…. and Thank You Seacoast Harley!!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. When I bought my 2025 Street Bob, I also purchased an almost $3,500 maintenance plan because I was verbally told I could use it at Harley-Davidson dealerships. The dealership knew I was moving to Florida. After I moved, I found out I couldn’t use the plan at my local Harley-Davidson dealership. Had I been verbally told it was only valid at Seacoast Harley-Davidson, I never would have purchased it. Harley-Davidson Customer Care told me to contact Seacoast’s General Manager, Keith Parlee, directly. I called on Wednesday, July 29, and was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. Never got that call. So I tried again on 7/31 which the woman informed me he was busy and would call back. Now today is 8/3 Days later, I’ve still heard nothing. I hate having to chase people for a response. To top it off, I bought a brand-new, $20,000-ish motorcycle with only 13 miles on it. Just 8 miles after leaving the dealership, it dumped oil out of the exhaust and left me stranded on the side of a busy road. To their credit, they picked it up after hours and fixed it at no charge because it had been overfilled with oil, but that shouldn’t happen on a brand-new motorcycle. Now I’m paying for an almost $3,500 maintenance plan I can’t use while also paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for service. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how this has been handled and how I’ve been mislead. Yes, I understand that at the end of the day it is on me to read the paperwork, but this wasn't my first bike purchase from Seacoast Harley and I believed what I was told. I don't know if anything will come of it, but I figured it didn't hurt to say anything

A Circus that sells motorcycles: I’ll start off by acknowledging that this dealership is not the worst I’ve bought from, that top spot is reserved for High Octane HD. However; what I’ve seen during the purchase process is nothing short of embarrassing. The time it took to complete a purchase knowing what I wanted took 6 hours from the moment I started talking to riding off on the bike. In no circumstance should it take this long to complete a transaction. I made a purchase at the Indian dealer across the street just a few months ago and it took 45 minutes at most. Next, there is the issue of the verbiage on prices for bikes listed on their website. They state, “Fee charged for the preparation and handling of documents involved in this vehicle's purchase.” = $0. This is not the case, when presenting this observation, they say the disclaimer text hidden at the bottom of the page specifies they reserve the right to correct pricing prior to final sale. One would think that if there’s a pricing error on every listing on their website, they’d correct it. At the time of writing these errors persist three weeks after my purchase so it’s either carelessness at best or deceptive practice at worst. For what it’s worth the HD website specifies “Harley-Davidson reimburses dealers for performing manufacturer-specified pre-delivery inspection and setup tasks.” They seemed not to acknowledge this one either. After this was done, they offered to do the running of RMV paperwork since I’m a MA resident. Cool may as well get my moneys worth of an absurd doc fee of $700. Their runner didn’t check what paper the registry gave them and brought back my bill of sale instead of my registration. Had to make a separate trip to pick that one up. Once I finally got to riding the bike I noticed a concerning noise from the top end and had the bike picked up. They forgot to pick up my bike on the arranged day, apparently nobody knew about the missed delivery because I had to tell them about it. My bike was held for a week and a tech told me on the phone that the new tunes run lean and that’s to be expected. Cool, two weeks without my bike to be told something that could’ve been resolved with a phone call. My favorite part was talking to one of the service writers who said the noise is from not using genuine Syn3 oil. Anyway, if you want to save yourself a headache just stay away from this place. I did make the mistake of referring somebody here, and they cherry on top is that they refused to throw a $100 gift card my way. Apparently, the referral program is for people that have never stepped foot in the dealership before, they're not allowed to feel the place out first.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Seacoast Harley-Davidson. Their advertising felt misleading because they advertised motorcycles at attractive prices but then refused to sell one to me unless I financed through their preferred lenders. The motorcycle I was interested in was a used, non-certified bike, so there were no manufacturer incentives or financing requirements attached to it. Even though I was ready to pay cash, they would not complete the sale. It left me feeling like the advertised bike was simply there to get customers in the door, only for the terms to change once you arrived. If financing through the dealership is required to purchase certain motorcycles, that should be clearly disclosed in their advertising. After leaving Seacoast Harley-Davidson, I went to Manchester Harley-Davidson and was completely upfront about my intentions, including that I planned to pay cash. They were transparent, accommodating, and treated me with respect. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour with my new motorcycle. The difference in customer service and honesty between the two dealerships was remarkable.
