  Brought one car there and was told the threads to my oil drain plug were stripped. They could not drain from oil pan. Went twice and both times they drained it through the dipstick instead of the pan. Brought car to mechanic and told them what Valvoline told me. He checked and said who told you that plug threads were stripped? Told him Valvoline. He said they were not. Neither of us were happy because he ordered a new oil pan based on what I told him and I was out the car for two days. The mechanic changed my oil. On another car I own I just discovered they put on the sticker for the next oil change at 30k above what the odometer presently reads. The oil change was done months ago. I'm going to have to call them now and see what they have on my invoice. Hopefully they don't have it reported at 30k miles from now. For the premium price they charge I would expect they would have competent techs with better attention to detail. They were okay years ago but their service has gone downhill.

  I had a great experience at Nissan. Cody, the store manager, took the time to thoroughly explain the maintenance needs for my 2016 Nissan Altima, including the oil change, tire rotation, and coolant service. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and helped me understand what was needed and why. Kai performed the tire rotation and coolant change and did an excellent job. The service was completed efficiently, and everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the visit. Thank you to Cody, Kai, and the team for providing excellent customer service and making the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for their knowledgeable staff and quality service.
