  I can't say enough good things about this place; the guys who work there are kind and informative when you have questions about your car or the services. This was my second time at this location, the last time they gave me a new tire after I shredded it the night before. Got me in right away in the morning and everything only took a couple of hours (this was back in August) and I was on my way in no time! Today, I went in with a flat and they again took me immediately and were super helpful. I also had something go wrong with my counter when I got my last oil change at Valvoline, so they helped reset that for me quick on my way out. I highly recommend this place for your tire needs and I will be returning in the future. Special thanks to (I believe it was Jason back in Aug) and Ron today!

  I always get my car inspected at Sullivan Tire. They are quick and easy to deal with.

  Don’t do this to yourself! Terrible customer service. Had the vehicle for 4 days. Was supposed to pick it up after hours. Pre paid and brought an extra key. Arrived from the airport and the truck was locked indoors. Had to Uber home and then back the next day. Only to find out they didn’t change the oil. Which is why it was there. Cost me 4 hours of personal time and money. Never again. Update. No reach out from this terrible company. Nothing. No email, text or call. They don’t care. Go anywhere else!

  Literally the worst experience. I have a heavy duty truck and many places don’t work on larger wheels. I needed my wheels balanced and this place was recommended. I have had great experiences with another Sullivan Tire location so I drove the 30 minutes each way to drop it off. They called me the next day saying they couldn’t even take my wheels off to balance them because I didn’t have hub rings installed. The difference in diameter between my wheels and hubs is 0.2mm, so they’re saying I would need a hub ring the thickness of a piece of paper, which doesn’t exist. These wheels have been removed and reinstalled by 3 different shops with no issue. I just needed them rebalanced and this shop made excuses and wasted over two hours of my time and fuel. Do not come here. They do not know what they’re doing.

  I can't thank everyone enough for fixing my car yesterday, I was able to drive it back to Vermont after my radiator went. Mike was very helpful and friendly and made me feel assured that my car would be taken care of. And the mechanic that I got to meet was very knowledgeable. It was an unexpected crisis that was fixed quickly. Thank you!
