This was my second time working with this Safelite location and they were excellent both times. Went in for a windshield replacement and they took care of the claim through my insurance company and kept me up to date during the whole process, which was completed in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the work provided. Would definitely recommend this location.

Olivia did a great job on my windshield! She was also very nice and lovely. They do afterpay as an option which is great for a broke girl like me and the cost was the same as the estimate, no hidden cost. Very happy

DO NOT be deceived by the 4+ stars this specific place has. Read this review VERY carefully.
If you have an extremely simple vehicle without any complicated sensors within the windshield, this is the perfect place for you to take your vehicle.
If you have a vehicle with multiple sensors and cameras with radar, NEVER take your vehicle here.
I have a 2010 Volvo XC60 T6 with a front sensing camera for collisions, a rain sensor, a radar sensor, and a heating coil for that front sensing camera. I've been having problems for the past year or so after having my car's windshield replaced here and JUST NOW have found out my issues.
When getting my vehicle back from safelite, I was told that it was hard to have my windshield replaced and that the warning light I was getting from time to time ("Windshield Sensors Blocked") was normal due to the windshield being replaced. After a month or so, my advanced cruise control goes out along with my city safety, collision warning and radar sensor.
Now, after a whole year, I decided to take my housing apart behind my rear view mirror to inspect my front sensing camera that went out many months ago after the windshield replacement and I was shocked.
NUMBER ONE: The plastic housing behind the rear view mirror was EXTREMELY hard to take out. I thought the clips has broken but to my horror, I was able to pull it out and found some sort of rubber/glue/epoxy substance holding the rear view mirror housing to the windshield. THAT will be the first couple of pictures. This substance is on the plastic housing and on the connectors to the windshield.
NUMBER TWO: my front camera/lane sensor is to be soldered to two metal grounds on fhe windshield itself. I found that the wires THAT ARE TO BE GROUNDED to the windshield had cold solder joints that have broken off. Almost like the employee had a take your child to work day and let the kid solder the wires themselves. Those will be the following pictures.
The extra pictures will be my warning lights.
DO NOT take your car here ever ESPECIALLY if it's a complicated vehicle. I am PISSED and you might be hearing from a lawyer. All these problems over the past year and I see this? It wasn't a Volvo unreliability problem but a safelite problem? Take heed to my warning, these are not professionals, these are people who don't know what they're doing. Break some plastic clips? They don't tell the customer, they just glue things together and hope no one notices. And the solder joints; seriously? I solder for a living and I could've done a much better job even with the limited space behind the mirror.
VERY disappointed and this will be a big bill to have to pay. I know who to avoid if my windshield ever breaks again.

Easy to deal with, very friendly and stayed much later to complete the service. Only small complaint I would have is that theey didn’t clean all of the small debris off the dashboard but they were running very late into their scheduled day so I understand completely. Overall a good visit.
