There's no way the recent reviews reflect this company. I'm still sitting here, 2.5 hours after my appt time of 8am. I've never waited this long for anything. I will say the guys (I only saw 3) are nice and seem to be working with what they have. The owner neglects this place and may never check on it. The floors in the waiting room are disgusting and do not use the bathrooms, it smells like a truck stop bathroom that hasnt been cleaned in a month after heavy use. The owner should be embarrassed. I definitely won't be back.

Malik and Sean were excellent about fitting me in for an appointment after an unfortunate experience elsewhere. Basically, they had to correct another shops error for me. I was grateful for their knowledge. They treated me with such respect that I ordered tires for my other vehicle on the spot! These guys at Mavis are true professionals! I worked with Malik on my tire order and he was very kind, courteous, superb with attention to detail.

We came here in true desperation — completely flat tire (donut in its place), 2 hours from home, and our infant in the back seat — 10 minutes before they closed. We ran in, and Sean said “of course we can help you.” Malik, Sean, and Pedro installed our two new tires in under 30 minutes and sent us on our way with a smile. Blown away by the service and kindness. Thank you again!

I recently got a flat tire and needed a replacement as soon as possible. After calling multiple tire shops in the area, Mavis not only had the best prices but was also able to get me in right away. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.
It was a pleasure communicating with Steve, Sean and Jackson throughout the process. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Their excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
