An excellent experience, I went into Mivas to get two new tires for my Nissan Rogue. I was visiting on vacation and looked for the first available place that could get me in. This store has competitive rates on tires and labor, very helpful customer service that is knowledgeable and friendly.
The process was very smooth and easy. The front desk was knowledgeable and welcoming as well.
The service that I received was quick and efficient. The tire technicians that I had spoken with were also on the of their game and very knowledgeable as well.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and I will use this store for my tire needs the next time that I need to.

1 star. This was the worst auto service experiences I’ve had. After a prior oil change at this location, I discovered that an oversize drain plug had been installed on my 2023 Nissan Rogue without any disclosure to me. When I removed it during my next oil change, metal shavings came out wrapped around the plug, and most of the oil pan threads were destroyed. The vehicle was left unsafe to drive. On top of that, the underbody dust shield was reinstalled carelessly, with only 7 of 18 clips put back. I have clear photos of the damaged threads, the shavings, and the missing clips. Instead of taking responsibility right away, the response I got was excuses and finger-pointing. I have already filed a formal claim and begun pursuing legal action. If you value honest service, proper disclosure, and basic workmanship, be very careful here.
P.S. After one of my previous oil changes done here, I was encouraged by the stuff to leave a 5-star review. Looking back, I’m glad I didn’t. I hope other customers read the critical reviews carefully and pay attention to the specific complaints before trusting this location.
