The absolute worst... Called them and ordered some tires. Jumped through hoops to get the car to them at the scheduled time only for them to tell me they don't know anything about my order. They then proceeded to try and sell me more expensive tires.
After that I was not going to give them a single dime. I left and went two blocks down the road to Town Fair Tire and had the exact opposite experience. They beat Mavis price by 20 per tire, took my car in 45 minutes later, and even filed a 100 dollar rebate for me unprompted. .. Never going to Mavis again

Jake and the team at Mavis in Nashua absolutely SAVED our trip to Vermont!
We were driving to Vermont when my car suddenly started making a terrifying noise. We had no idea what was happening, it was already around 7 PM, and we were struggling to find anywhere still open. Thankfully, we found Mavis in Nashua, about 20 minutes away, and called.
Jake answered the phone, listened to what was happening, and immediately said, “Get here, I can give you a hand.” From that moment, he was incredibly calm, kind, and reassuring — which meant more than he probably realized because I know absolutely nothing about cars and was completely panicked!
As soon as we arrived, Jake got the team to lift my car and they quickly figured out that my heat shield had come loose and was scraping, causing that horrible noise. They took care of it right away, made sure everything else looked good, and confirmed that my car was perfectly safe to continue our drive to Vermont.
I am someone who stays on top of my car maintenance specifically because I’m terrified of getting stranded somewhere, so having something happen unexpectedly while traveling was incredibly stressful. Jake handled the entire situation with so much professionalism and patience. He didn’t make me feel silly for being nervous, explained what was happening so I understood it, and genuinely made us feel taken care of — even though we showed up toward the end of their day.
Jake, THANK YOU a million times over. You took what could have completely derailed our weekend and turned it into a minor hiccup. We were able to get back on the road safely and continue our Vermont trip because of you and your team.
