  My wife and I traded in our Hyundai Elantra and purchased an XC60. Our experience has been nothing but exceptional. With my work schedule, we had to go at the end of the work day which resulted in multiple people having to stay over to accommodate. We worked directly with Jaden Kelly who was extremely professional and friendly. He has worked with us through a couple issues and was able to smooth them out to our full satisfaction. Cameron the sales manager and Cameron in finance have been great to deal with as well. We could not be more thankful for our entire experience, including answering all of our questions after the sale. We certainly have not been left high and dry after the sale. KBB said our trade in and the price of the XC60 both had good values without any haggling - first offers, which was nice. I could not recommend Jaden Kelly and Lovering Volvo more highly.

My vehicle required extensive repairs, and Cheryl went out of her way to advocate on my behalf and work directly with Volvo to secure a discounted repair cost. Her dedication, persistence, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a significant difference during what could have been a very stressful situation. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. Cheryl truly went above and beyond in every respect, demonstrating a level of care and customer service that is increasingly rare to find.   Hannah and the entire Lovering team were a pleasure to work with! I visited three other Volvo dealers in the area and Lovering was the best experience by far. Hannah asked all the right questions and went the extra mile to match me with the right vehicle and provide excellent customer service.   I recently worked with Nick McIntyre while looking at a used Honda at Lovering Volvo in Nashua. Although I ultimately decided to purchase the same exact car at a Honda dealer because it was CPO, Nick was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. It's refreshing to deal with a salesperson who is willing to be helpful even when the sale doesn't work out. If the opportunity comes up in the future to purchase a vehicle from Lovering Volvo, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Nick again. And maybe someday I'll actually be able to afford that Volvo I've always wanted!

  I had an excellent experience with Lovering Volvo from start to finish. I originally purchased an XC40, but after driving it for a bit, I realized it just wasn’t the right vehicle for me. Lovering Volvo went above and beyond to make things right and helped me exchange it for an XC60 that I’m much happier with. A huge thank you to Jaden, my salesman, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, easy to work with, and never made me feel pressured. Even when I decided the XC40 wasn’t for me, Jaden and the team made the exchange process incredibly easy and stress-free. It’s not often you find a dealership that genuinely wants to make sure you’re happy with your purchase even after the sale. Lovering Volvo absolutely delivered. I couldn't be happier with my XC60 and the way I was treated. Highly recommend Lovering Volvo
