Went in to get brakes corrected since last I came in to this location, their previous mechanic forgot important hardware to my front brakes that ultimately have been causing alot of rubbing and shaking at any speed. Went in to fix this and the manager Mark T didn't offer much for reimbursement plus the issue is still not fixed after my recent appointment. This location is having staffing problems so I can't recommend right now given quality issues with work done.

- LSLynan SchuelerJun 29, 20261.0We have been long time customers of Monro. My husband made an appointment for Sunday he went down there and the place was closed called no answer. Made another appointment for Monday after work it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. Then charged him $176 never even offered him a discount for no one being there the day before and when his pickup truck was brought out to him there was grease all over the side and his hood was not even closed. Monro has gone down hill ever since the turn over from Larry and then Andy in management never again lost our business.
