Made another appointment for Monday after work it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. Then charged him $176 never even offered him a discount for no one being there the day before and when his pickup truck was brought out to him there was grease all over the side and his hood was not even closed. Monro has gone down hill ever since the turn over from Larry and then Andy in management never again lost our business.
