  I scheduled an appointment for Monday 8/10/2026 to have the front and rear brakes replaced. I left the vehicle there on Saturday because they were in terrible repair, they said that's fine we'll start working on it first thing in the morning. Monday arrived and I called a few times to check on the status of the repairs. I never got an answer from the shop. I called a few more times and finally contacted the corporate call center and they said the manager of the location would call me back. That never happened, instead I arrived and the location was closed. Other customers stopped in and asked if I knew why it was closed because they had appointments scheduled as well. I went home to retrieve my secondary key fob and took my vehicle to the dealership to have the brakes replaced. I have never been so disappointed in my life. A simple call from the company with an explanation as to why this happened is all I was looking for. No instead it was just more passive behavior of someone will be in contact just please be patient. No thanks I settled the situation myself, I will never do business with this company again for any reason.

  I went to Monro Auto service today after getting a flat tire yesterday. I made an appointment online, after they mounted the tire it was pointed out that it was the wrong size. No fault of theirs I ordered that tire and the car wasn't with me. 😂 They were very understanding, carried the tire back in and put the correct size on without hesitation! The office manager was super nice, and even laughed when I pointed out it was my fault, I know I typed the wrong size in. 10/10 would recommend.

  I called to make an appointment and the appointment was confirmed. I was told my oil change would be $49 and some change. Came in for the appointment and was told it would be $109 🙄. This company needs to get their website, call service, and physical locations in sync. The previous time I went to this location for service was to have my snow tires put on. I made an appointment, showed up for the appointment, and then was told that the tech wasn't in yet and I'd have to come back several hours later. I will not be using this location again and we'll take my business elsewhere.
