  I went to Monro Auto service today after getting a flat tire yesterday. I made an appointment online, after they mounted the tire it was pointed out that it was the wrong size. No fault of theirs I ordered that tire and the car wasn't with me. 😂 They were very understanding, carried the tire back in and put the correct size on without hesitation! The office manager was super nice, and even laughed when I pointed out it was my fault, I know I typed the wrong size in. 10/10 would recommend.

  I called to make an appointment and the appointment was confirmed. I was told my oil change would be $49 and some change. Came in for the appointment and was told it would be $109 🙄. This company needs to get their website, call service, and physical locations in sync. The previous time I went to this location for service was to have my snow tires put on. I made an appointment, showed up for the appointment, and then was told that the tech wasn't in yet and I'd have to come back several hours later. I will not be using this location again and we'll take my business elsewhere.

  I called in the morning, and they were able to schedule an oil change that day. The lead tech was very good at explaining to me what I need to do to take care of my car and when I need to come back to take care of my breaks. He also had excellent ergonomics while performing the tire rotation, which I enjoyed watching. And nobody did a whole show about how there are bugs in my air filter to make me get a new air filter.

  Friendly and intent service. Information and transparency were on 13 out of 10. No overly manipulated problems beyond what was the real one. The Front Manager rocks just as the technicians at the Back Bay. Keep up the good work. It shows. It's distinguishable.
