    Very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. Nick, the manager, told us over the phone that a vehicle would be ready for us, but when we arrived, that turned out not to be true. On top of that, they tried to put us into a much smaller vehicle than what our insurance was supposed to cover and pay for, which created unnecessary stress and delays during an already frustrating situation. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the process. Customer service and communication were both lacking, and the whole experience felt disorganized and misleading. I would not recommend this location based on how we were treated.

He was transparent, patient, friendly and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car we wanted Not just making a quick sale. He took the time to answer all my questions without any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. with no hidden surprises. The whole process was smooth and stress-free."     Excellent customer service. They try to understand our situation (an emergency one) and they give us an amazing service, clear, warm service. When we arrived to our destination, they even fix by phone a problem with the branch where we dropped the car. Thank you!
