  Just had our Porsche Cayenne in for a wheel swap and alignment. Kevin, Steve, Kelly & team were absolutely brilliant. Customer service was fantastic, very accommodating and Kelly put extra effort into getting the alignment right. Steve did a great job explaining the process and what had to be done. Kevin made me feel super comfortable and their costs are very digestible considering the time and effort they put into our car.This will be our go to for tires & alignments going forward. Thanks once again, you lot are top notch !

  Nail stuck in tire, psi was 25 . showed up just before 9am on Sunday, got in right off. Permanent patch, $29 took 30 min. Done.

  10 minutes before closing and I was expecting a sour no or something of the sort, since it was also a weekend night. I was really impressed with the two young employees at the Keene Tire Warehouse. They were extremely calm, cool and professional. They were helpful and really put me at ease with my tire problems. Even with two other customers ahead of me & near closing time, they diligently performed multi tasks: research, coordination (the delivery came from another location of my tires as their stock had limited smaller tires - took ten minutes for the delivery of my tire). They they communicated really well and clearly, reminding me about the adjustment and tire retorque. They were priced very reasonably. I am very thankful they were available and it worked out well. They are really a great professional team. I would highly recommend this Tire Warehouse Keene location.

  There is a major disconnect between corporate and the store location. Twice now my appointment made by customer service was double booked over someone else. Last time, the "short wait" turned into a 5 hour ordeal for 1 tire repair. After the employee tried to teach me how to trick the system to avoid the call center, I left. Not professional.

  $20 bucks to install tubes in 2 trailer tires and I supplied the tubes. I never got a call or text when they were done. I never got the tube kit parts back as they could not find them.
