  I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received. Both the Store Manager Tim Schmale and his staff went above and beyond anything I could of asked for. I was sent to them by a certain Tire Warehouse store that attempted and failed to swap out my tires on 3 consecutive days due to an over torqued lugnut. Not only were they unable to complete the job, they even broke off the extractor tool on my lugnut before sending me to Keene. Needless to say I was a bit frustrated by the time I met Tim and his staff. However, by the time I left they had locked in a customer for life. Tim's sales manager even drove his personal car down the street to find the correct lugnut to replace my damaged one after Tire Warehouse sent me with the wrong size one. Thanks again to Tim and his team. You are all greatly appreciated.

  Do not call their phone number. The call center, just takes your personal data and books and appointment with the place and they have no idea when you get transferred to the manager , what's going on. Wicked sketchy when it comes to securing personal information.

  I've had two alignments done at Tire Choice in Keene NH and the car drives straight and the wheel is per horizontal when wheels are straight. No vibration at 80mph. They also bled the brakes on my Corvette. The pedal went from very soft and almost to the floor to firm and very little pedal travel. Highly recommend.

  Very disappointed with Tire Choice Auto Service Center. I was quoted $49.99 when making the reservation after giving the agent my vehicle information. I was told that price included tire rotation and balancing. When I checked in, the associate confirmed the service from the reservation, I said yes, and they did the work. When everything was done, I was told the total was $189.99. I questioned the huge difference, and they told me the reservation agents are often inaccurate but there was nothing they could do. I was then asked to sign an electronic pad to get my vehicle back. Only afterward did I learn I had to pay the full inflated amount. What really upset me was seeing on the receipt that my signature supposedly confirmed that I accepted the service even if I had been misquoted and quoted a lower price. That was never clearly explained to me at the time. To me, that feels like standard practice meant to cover bait and switch tactics. On top of that, they gave me premium synthetic oil without asking whether I wanted that or a standard option. I did not approve extra work or a huge price increase. This felt shady, misleading, and dishonest. I will never go back, I will warn others, and I want a refund for the difference between what I was quoted and what I was charged.
