  Absolutely dream to work with. My car's windsheild is not easy to find and not many places keep them in stock. They had one ready for me, and got it put in while I was at work. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Romeo was kind, helpful and great to work with.

  Honestly, don't waste your time at this business. I specifically called the store to gain more information (not the 800 number) the actual store! An A.I. assistant answered the phone, I said "connect me to a representative twice" the A.I. tried connecting me to somebody and put me on a call loop for over ten minutes, I decided to just wait until I got to the store to ask my question. When I was cashing out (I'll talk more about that incident in a second) The phone was ringing and the associate blatantly ignored the call as the phone kept ringing. Not even a quick "can you hold please" just straight up ignored. I could only assume that's what happened to me earlier. Not only was this about an ignored phone call. When I got my quote it said it was going to be about $172 just to fix a chip in my windshield that had not exceeded even three inches of a crack (I can only hope this repair works because that will be the only saving grace from the terrible customer service I received). The associate adjusted my quote to then say my repair would be about $146 and had told me that he could replace my cabin filter and my windshield wipers for free on top of that and then... charged me for the windshield wipers! for... a grand total of about 172 dollars and quite possibly, the cheapest windshield wipers money could buy. I went to the store in person and got swindled by a fast talking associate who seemed lost and confused at any given moment. Save yourself time and money by going somewhere else that can demonstrate clear communication skills and own up to what they claim.

  The two techs had the Windshield replaced in an hour on our company's van. Very professional and courteous staff. Company vehicles were clean. The two techs were neatly attired in company uniforms. Very pleased with the service.

  Very professional and was done Hour 15mins. Had no questions. He made it work as I was parked in a parking garage and didn’t have the 5ft clearance as requested and he still was able to accomplish the job.
