  I had a bad experience with the Keene nh office and the manager Emily . I had previously rented on multiple occasions but was refused because they would accept my temporary id, my duplicate id or my passport and even a pic of my current drivers liscence. Emily was rude and failed to help with any solution . I would say her attitude wasn’t professional at all , and they had rented to me in last few months and had all my drivers liscence info in their system from recent previous occasions I rented . They weren’t reasonable .ruined my family of fives vacation ,

  Enterprise car service was a great experience. The customer service team was polite, informative, and quick to answer all questions. They allowed for after hours drop off and extended my rental when need. Very clean vehicle and a great overall experience!

  I ended up needing my first rental for an unforeseen incident. When being helped the associate lied about the additional insurance cost stating it was a one-time cost and not a daily rate. At the end of my reservation I was charged $1.1K. All associates who helped initiate my dispute were all let go from Enterprise and now the company is claiming for wrong doing and will not refund my fees. I would never recommend getting a rental from Enterprise.
