  Excellent service! Very easy to get a vehicle and switch vehicles. Vehicles are clean and in good shape. I was in a long term car rental situation and was able to switch vehicles when traveling with my family. I appreciate the Keene office.

  I had a bad experience with the Keene nh office and the manager Emily . I had previously rented on multiple occasions but was refused because they would accept my temporary id, my duplicate id or my passport and even a pic of my current drivers liscence. Emily was rude and failed to help with any solution . I would say her attitude wasn’t professional at all , and they had rented to me in last few months and had all my drivers liscence info in their system from recent previous occasions I rented . They weren’t reasonable .ruined my family of fives vacation ,
